The Sweetest Snowcone 2 Posted March 3, 2019 He has motives that we don't know of, and in Xehanort and Eraqus' chess game, he's on the Dark sidealso he kind of named his apprentices after 6 of the 7 deadly sins so

Vexoria 9 Posted March 3, 2019 The reason it happens has nothing to do with the book or the foretellers actuallyThe traitorIs a Dark Chirithy that is born from the players sadness and own darkness from that
Noleen 7 Posted March 3, 2019 This we don't know for sure either
Vexoria 9 Posted March 3, 2019 It seems to be impliedBy the Dark ChirithyButIt has minor missing details that still need to be explainedBut yeah, I'm willing to bet that's what it was
Noleen 7 Posted March 3, 2019 yes but ti's important to not take everything for granted until it's explained explicitly
Noleen 7 Posted March 3, 2019 The traitor was heavily implied to be a foreteller in back cover for example
Vexoria 9 Posted March 3, 2019 I honestly believe that MoM has no evil or dark intentionsNot really
Noleen 7 Posted March 3, 2019 next suspects would be the new union leaders, and only after come player
Vexoria 9 Posted March 3, 2019 Back Cover did horrible at implying that
The Sweetest Snowcone 2 Posted March 3, 2019 Lets say the Master of Masters was lying, and the future is not set in stone, but he is actively shaping it. We don't know who's Chirithy that was, and the MoM can create Chirithys. The MoM has the ability to make the bangles that let the players wield the darkness. The MoM chose to have there be a "lost page", chose to give it to Gula, and chose to have all of these secret roles hidden from each other. Ira believed there was a traitor due to his careful study of the book, leading him to believe there was a lost page. So already, a role the master gave is interfering. Aced was suspected as the traitor because he was trying to live up to his role, seeing Ira's actions as weakness. And all the desperate lux-gathering? because of the suspicion that there was a traitor in their midst. It was the lux competition that led directly to the Keyblade War
