I was so into it until close to the end, some little things were getting to me with how a lot of the story just seemed to happen off screen but I wasn't too bothered till the boss happened. I didn't mind too many of the shot by shot scenes from the film. The boss just felt like an event that had to happen because the world was ending. We didn't really get much interaction with Gothel and her becoming enveloped by darkness just felt like it needed a bit more drama or stakes but nobody in the world other than Sora and Marluxia even noticed what happened.
