Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 So I'm watching the Data Xion fight because I remember it being very fun, is there a technique where you store a transformation by switching keyblades? Because that could be useful.
-Kye- 10 Posted August 6, 2020 how long you been playing?
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 Not very. I got Ultima and reached the final boss of re:mind and haven't played in a while since.
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 Is storing transformations common knowledge?
kylvex#0 0 Posted August 6, 2020 I'd say it'd be pretty obvious lol
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 I just never thought of switching keyblades mid-transformation. Honestly, I'm one of those guys that tends to get really comfortable with one weapon.
Icecl Keyheart 13 Posted August 6, 2020 It's as common as pressing forward to walk
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 I need to get used to changing keyblades more tbh. I like Ultima's transformation a lot, but the special effects are probably going to be what makes or breaks the weapon.I haven't played in a while though, and I don't even remember what mode I beat it on. Before I get back to playing, any tips on how to properly use the multiple keyblades so that I have something to strive for other than just "switch weapons more"?Like, should I have a magic keyblade, melee keyblade, and some other keyblade on hand or something? Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 What should I try to achieve with my equipped keyblades so switching between them is as beneficial as possible?
Plancake 3 Posted August 6, 2020 If you have both oathkeeper and oblivion you could potentially use double form for twice as long.
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 Well yeah, I saw that in the video, but I'm talking more general or long-term, what should I aim to accomplish with my keyblades?
Plancake 3 Posted August 6, 2020 You could have ever after for healing (with it's shotlock) and use Ultima as your primary keyblade
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 Not quite what I mean, I'm not looking for specific keyblade loadouts that are considered powerful, I'm looking for the general theme I should get, like a melee keyblade, magic keyblade, and shotlock keyblade or something. Plancake 3 Posted August 6, 2020 That sounds like what I was trying to say. Sorry if I wasn't being clear enough
Jackwolf 0 Posted August 6, 2020 Got it, thanks.Next time I pick the game up I'll try to use all equipped keyblades by swapping between them for various aspects of combat.
Plancake 3 Posted August 6, 2020 I don't have any specific keyblades in mind right nowBut most of the time you won't need the earlier keyblades
Harveywallbanger 10 Posted August 6, 2020 Real players don’t use forms. Or shotlocks. Or links. Or items. Or attacks. Or movement. Or controllers.
