Personally I feel like whoever did the animation for Final Fantasy XV Kingsglaive would be a great fit for it animation wise. If there was one I would assume Square would have full control of screenplay and what they wanted to happen.

As a Fate/Zero fan, I believe it would look godly if done by ufotable. By the way, I don't know much about studios, but a KH anime was always my dream since long ago

Either Bones or Studio Pierrot, I wouldn't trust both Madhouse and Toei Animation with a series as awesome as Kingdom Hearts. Don't get me wrong, they are good studios but if I had to trust a studio with creating either a Anime series or Animation of Kingdom Hearts, it would be again either Bones or Studio Pierrot. The former because of the quality they brought to both Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and My Hero Academia and the latter because of the continuity they kept with both Naruto: Shippuden and Bleach.
