Those are the only two of the 5 new union leaders that we don't know anything about, and it's implied that whoever killed Strelitzia did so to take her place in the new Union Leaders. We also don't really know much about Skuld, though I doubt it was her. Some people suspect Ventus, as we don't know much about him before he lost his memory.
