Oh, I know I haven't been here for ages now but, I didn't know where else to go.

The thing is...

I'm going to have a huge exam next week, an oral exam.. about "relations" and I don't really know what to choose within that subject. I was thinking about choosing "Friendzone" but it's quite a complicated subject and might be difficult to explain in less than 5 minutes.

Before they told us about this exam they gave us a list of examples. None that really interests me but.. it could give you an idea about what this really is about.

EXAMPLES:

Relations between people who are different.

Relations between countries

Relations within sports

A relation in for example a move, series, music or a book.

The importance of communication in a relationship.

A relation to a sport or type of music.

Relations among animals

Lesbian/homo/trans/heterosexual relationships

A relation to an animal

A relation to a family member

Relations online

Love

Friendship.

Thank you! And I really hope someone will be kind and help me out! :3

I don't have specific homework questions but more of a homework advice question. The type of homework and schoolwork that I struggle with are guided/ chapter review questions, anything that involves me reading a large amount of pages (usually 10-20+) then answering multiple-part questions. The problem is I read very slowly and skimming doesn't work very well because I tend to not remember what I see and I lose place easily and its hard to stay focused because I want it done and I don't have a lot of time to do it and I work slowly. Any help would be appreciated.

Im dyslexic so I also have to read slowly. My school gives me audio versions and read-out-loud programs for me to listen to while I read. Kindle can also read to you. It helps a lot to have the audio and visual. But getting digital copies of textbooks is expensive. Dont know if you can have the school provide it for you.

I used audiobooks for a few of my books for english, there aren't many options for audio for my textbook however

Then you can do it the old school way: blackmail pay someone to read it to you.

Hey so i have a research paper i need to do and one of my topic sentences sounds wrong and no matter how much I try, I can't find any other way to reword it. The topic of the paper is how the book's genre is proven through various characteristics and for this paragraph i used romance

heres the sentence:

Vega creates a powerful subplot as well as another source of conflict between Del and Orion with romance; an element present in almost every young adult novel

Any Ideas???

I don't know what stoichiometry is but I can balance chemical equations.

If you mean the Google Translator... I agree. It's complete garbage. I've seen incredibly bizzare Latin translations generated through that which even I could tell were incorrect (and I don't even know Latin). Plus, it's still in Alpha... no way it can be useful at all if it's not even finished yet and has not have had any of the bugs fixed.

As for -ibus... isn't that one of the standard declensions which just about any noun can end in? The word probably still means "merchant" (or "merchants"?) but it's just being used in a different context. (of course, you posted that question over 2 months ago so you have probably figured it out, lol)

Time to bring this thread back to life with my geometry woes.

I bet all of you will find this easy :,(

I've always been bad at creating a two column proof.

m is the midpoint of LS, so LM and MS are congruent

<LMP and <QSM are vertical angles

and the given says PM and QM are congruent

so the triangles are congruent by the SAS postulate

I hope no one minds about attachment math here. I need my work 'proofread' or corrected to be precise. I dont know how clear the pictures are but please dont kill me.

It's Algebraic Expressions, easiest part of math TuT

If you cant see the questions, then here:

Question 1: If one notebook costs (x2 - 13x + 40) munny, what is the cost of (x-5) note books?

Question 2 : Verify (9xyz) x (1/3xyz)2 = x3 y3 z3 , for x=2, y=1, z=3.

Last Question: Find the product of (-4/7xyz) x (9/16y2z) x (-14/27x2y). Evaluate when x=-1, y=2, z=3

Thanks and sorry if I killed you ._."

Well, I don't know how much help this'll be, as I can't read the pictures, and thus can't correct anything that may need to be in your work.

Question 2 : Verify (9xyz) x (1/3xyz)2 = x3 y3 z3 , for x=2, y=1, z=3.

Substituting the given variables, I came up with both sides equaling 216.

(-4/7xyz) x (9/16y2z) x (-14/27x2y). Evaluate when x=-1, y=2, z=3

My result was 24 when plugging in the values given for the variables.

Not sure on the first one, and again, sorry if this wasn't what you needed.

well for question 1 muliply them.

umm if i put x square as X^2, you won't get confused would you?

also do you just need a few guidelines or complete help?

Hmm, it seems I may have made a slight mistake in the last question:

Find the product of (-4/7xyz) x (9/16y2z) x (-14/27x2y). Evaluate when x=-1, y=2, z=3

-1^2 can result in either -1 or 1, depending on how its entered in a calculator (I always use them to check my work). For this problem I would assume that the proper form is likely (-1)^2, which is a result of 1, as opposed to -1^2, which squares the 1 and then applies the negative. I forgot this as I did my work, sorry. So now my product is -24. I do keep getting 24 in my answer, though.
