Suddenly MoM will have the features of Nomura? Well, if only because MoM created Chirity that look like lop-eared cats, his eyes also look like feline, and we all know that Nomura loves cats. All this is of course a joke, but what if any of this becomes true? Jokes aside though, Nomura does add a lot of stuff from his own life into the game. Like sea salt ice cream and Nomura’s dress sense is very kingdom hearts -esque (the shorts, chains and zippers). His name spelled backwards is also Dis- Just A Pancake memes aside, there's also the possibility that he could look like either Tetsuya Nomura or Shinji Hashimoto since he is the co-creator.
