If I recall, Nomura said that Ansem was saying it had been a year since he first met Sora, which would be when he was asleep at the end of CoM. So technically, the secret ending of BBS occurs roughly a month after KH2.

I think he is talking about from the events of Castle Oblivion, that was all in about a year, add that time to the events of Kingdom Hearts 2 and it all adds up.

A year. DiZ sees Sora during the time of KH2. So Sora is about 16.

I just re-watched the Blank Point, so i could see what Ansem actually said; He said "How long has it been since i met him.... at least a year now" He met Sora in Castle Oblivion, and that was almost a year ago, so if you add the dates and events up, it's just after the events of KH2

Just to prove that he was talking about when he 'met' him, notice how he talks about what he did to him, he never had an opportunity to do anything to him except during when he was sleeping.
