SoraDaxjer28 263 Posted July 30, 2018 (edited) That depends on the fight. I tend to tell them from the main protagonist's perspective. That way, the reader can see what the character is thinking and feeling during the showdown. Yet, if the skirmish involves multiple characters in addition to the main protagonist, I might switch to an outside perspective for part of it so the whole battle can be observed. So, I personally use both. Edited July 30, 2018 by SoraDaxjer28
The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted July 30, 2018 I would go for the participant perspective, because you'd get an up and close and personal feel for the fight at hand, ya know?
