for the opening theme, why is the part up to KH2, in data streams. and why isn't KH358/2 days not in the same format

If I understand what you are asking, you are wondering why there are things of data in the scenes? That just has to do with the fact that this game takes place in data worlds.

As for the other part of your question, I have no idea what you are asking by why isn't days in the same format. What do you mean by format?

One word that pretty much defines this game is "data". The game takes place in a data world, hence the data streams. It recaps up to KH2 because that's the farthest we've gone in the series. There are only quick flashes of Days and BBS, only of those specific people, for plot reasons. At least, that's what I think you mean by "format." Might want to elaborate on that; it's pretty vague...and confusing.

Well that doesn't exactly answer my question. After all, if anyone looks under a credited synopsis of the game, they will see that there are quite a few worlds that have the numers floating around in the screen. As for 'format' I mean why don't they do the 'data' as well around them as well?

The data numbers are relevant only to Re:Coded. Here are a few things. First off, the name, Coded, data? Kinda related, however Days doesn't have a thing to do with data. Coded takes place in a computer with worlds made up from records in the Journal. Thats why you see the data numbers floating around in the Opening, it is just an effect related to the game. If you watch when Data Sora is being 'created,' you can see those same numbers.

Unless what you are asking about Days is completely different as to what I'm thinking. If you are talking about the game of days in general, then what I said above should apply.
