Synopsis: Taking place within the not too far away future of the Kingdom Hearts universe, Sora had finally defeated both Master Xehanort and the forces of Darkness with the help of both his friends and allies but in the process had lost the ability to wield the Keyblade... Since then, Sora has settled down with Kairi on the Destiny Islands where the two had from then on gone through many experiences with one another until eventually raising a family in the form of a young girl named "Ria". Ria alongside her very best good friend since childhood, the son of both Riku and Olette named "Dawn" were raised upon their parents' stories of adventure across other World with fellow companions by their side and of how Sora, Riku, Kairi first began those many adventures with the wish of building a raft to set out from the islands and explore the new World beyond. Upon Sora's final defeat of Xehanort, he had obtained enlightenment and had finally obtained that which he had long been searching for all his life but had never revealed to Ria what exactly what it was that Sora had found, instead he had only left her a clue to follow should she herself one day go out into the Worlds and explore them for herself, the clue...was simply known, as: "Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts". What this had meant, Ria did not have a clue whatsoever, growing up alongside Dawn who studied fencing by using a toy sword, as Ria herself preferred sketching on the sandy beach of the island that their parents used to hang out on when they were kids themselves, Ria had decided at the age of 15 that she would finally solve the riddle of the phrase Sora told her, even if that meant going against both him and Kairi's wishes and exploring the outside World, Dawn, wanting to protect Ria accompanies her and together, they begin their journey across the Worlds, just like their predecessors before them. Their journey will take them way back to the ancient past of the era after the Keyblade War, where they will discover secrets throughout history that had occurred after that point in time, for example, they will learn the secret truth behind the Dandelion members that were chosen to become the new Union Foretellers, the chosen ones being Ventus, Lauriam, Ephemer, Skuld, Brain and Strelitzia, of how they were able to reincarnate by the time Master Xehanort had begun his reign of terror upon the entire universe itself using the Master of Masters' No Name Keyblade. Accompanying both Ria and Dawn is the Former Captain of the Royal Guard of the Disney Kingdom Goofy Goof's son Max Goof who has just joined the royal army, as its latest recruit upon graduating from college, Max wanting to be heroic just like his father but also make a legacy for himself joins both Ria and Dawn, knowing that they too want the same thing, wanting to make stories of their very own to tell others rather then live in the shadows of their parents. Whilst journeying, Ria, Dawn and Max will confront a whole all brand new enemy, none the likes of which Sora, Riku, Roxas, Ventus, Terra and Aqua have encountered before, a new threat that "threatens" to become even more dangerous then the Heartless, the Nobodies, the Unversed and the Dream Eaters ever were, even if all combined into one, this new threat is led by a enigmatic figure wearing the black coat of the former Organization XIII of whom keeps his true identity a secret, only revealing that his name is "Arcobaleno" and that he leads the new threat, the monstrous beings called "Kolours" that appear in 7 different forms of the 7 Colours that make up the rainbow itself. Arcobaleno or "Arco" for short reveals that he is apparently neither friend nor foe, however, he refuses to let Ria, Dawn and Max unlock the mysteries of the ancient past connected to the Keyblade and is attempting to do all that he can to both stand in their way and stop them, the stage is set, all the pieces are in place and now, let us journey into the story of the future that will guide us all the way back to the past of times long since gone by, for this is: "Chi, -Hidden Window, Possible Future-...". Personality: Reserved and quiet unlike her parents both Sora and Kairi, as a kid, Ria preferred to sketch rather then play with toy swords like her friend Dawn and among the countless drawings she drew, one time, whether it be by chance or fate, she drew a sketch she entitled "OBLIVION" of which was a sketch of the old Castle Oblivion, is fate calling out to this young lady to fulfill her destiny? as one certain man said many years ago: "Destiny is never left to chance". Dawn: Japanese Voice Actor: Tetsuya Kakihara. English Voice Actor: Bryce Papenbrook. Personality: Cheerful and outgoing, a stark contrast to his father Riku when he was Dawn's current age, upon Ria's decision to go forth and journey out to the Worlds, Dawn decides to accompany his lifelong friend, fearing for her safety, however, there appears to be more then meets the eye when concerned with that certain topic, Dawn has practiced fencing with his father ever since he was a kid and has now reached a certain level where he could practically summon a Keyblade after learning how to materialize one, instead, Dawn wields a sword called the "New World Treader" that emphasizes a combination of power, strength and speed, in opposition to Ria who uses a magical tome given to her by the wizard Merlin, as a previous birthday present called the "Grimoire of Binding Magic" that allows her to call upon all the mystical powers of the magical elements such, as Fire, Blizzard, Thunder and Cure for examples, Dawn serves, as Ria's bodyguard throughout their journey and treats Max Goof, as both a good friend and a rival, during the journey, Dawn's merit for his both care and concern for Ria will be tested and will make him wonder if he can truly protect her from the forces of Darkness, only time will tell. Max Goof: Japanese Voice Actor: Kappei Yamaguchi. English Voice Actor: Jason Marsden. Personality: The latest new recruit of the royal army of the Disney kingdom, Max is look down upon and ostracized by his peers because of the legacy his father Goofy left behind in previously helping Sora save the universe from Xehanort's schemes, wanting to prove himself and make a legend of his very own, upon being posted in the World of "Chance Town", it is here that he meets both Ria and Dawn and is allowed by them to travel alongside them, the more the merrier, he and Dawn sometimes usually butt heads over different opinions, such, as which route to take or which World to go to and/or be cautious of for examples, Max studied the arts of the Dragoon knights that were told in fables of the Disney kingdom and in recent years, upon the kingdom rediscovering the old arts and techniques of the Dragoons, Max took up a lance and started practicing day in and day out, one straight after another, as his father studied the art of defense, Max has now studied the art of offense and has proven to be a crucial ally in both Ria and Dawn's journey, having now become a loyal trio of friends that would never, ever abandon each other, no matter how things get too grim, Max is the reasonable conscience of the group, balancing Ria's shyness with Dawn's laid back attitude, the name of Max's lance is called the "Sky-Piercer" and is said to pierce the heavens themselves. Arcobaleno "Arco": Japanese Voice Actor: Jun Fukuyama. English Voice Actor: Johnny Yong Bosch. Personality: A both strange and mysterious individual to be sure, he wears the black coat and hood of the fallen Organization XIII and uses Corridors of Darkness to travel between other Worlds, at times he tries to stop Ria and the others' quest by sending his "Colorful" minions, the Kolours to attack the Worlds and the people living on them, to prevent Ria from studying the ancient history of the era that took place after the Keyblade War, no one knows who Arco truly looks like, only that when he appears to others, he seems to have a cheerful and sparky personality similar to Dawn's, however when the situation calls for and demands it, he changes into a completely different and serious person, using powers of Darkness to fight against Ria, Dawn and Max occasionally, he wields a Keyblade with the Gazing Eye called the "8th Colour of the World" that has the ability to wield the powers of both Light and Darkness themselves and even combined them into one single whole, using this Keyblade, he can create the Kolour monsters from its Gazing Eye, bringing into question both the true mystery of the Keyblade and the true identity of its wielder, Arcobaleno. We see two young kids, a boy and a girl, playing on the sandy beach of the island their parents, Sora, Riku and Kairi used to hang out on, the boy is seen practicing fencing by himself with a toy sword whilst the girl is seen sketching him fencing, she has drawn a couple of sketches, among them, a rather...foreboding one, this sketch was entitled "OBLIVION" at the top left center and it was shown to be a sketch of the old fortress, Castle Oblivion... Inside one of the many chambers of the old castle, namely its famous Chamber of Waking is seen an empty throne with a broken wooden Keyblade with the name Terra inscribed on it seen laying on the throne itself. KINGDOM HEARTS: Chi... ...Hidden Window...Possible Future. The opening starts off with a 4 year old Sora standing in the sea of the children's island, slowly turning around, as he transforms into first his Kingdom Hearts self, second his Kingdom Hearts II self, third his Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance self and finally, fourth his Kingdom Hearts III self, raising out his hand towards the front screen. Just then, the screen breaks, shattering like a glass mirror before showing the young girl from before entering a Dive to the Heart sequence, falling into Darkness until suddenly transforming into a teenager, as she opens her eyes and sees down below her her Station of Awakening, she lands upon it, looking around, wondering where she is, as she looks upward, only to be surprised by the sudden emergence of Doves appearing from within the station, as more Doves appeared from inside the station, the more room they took up, as the station started disappearing piece by piece with one Dove appearing straight after the other. Finally with no room left to stand upon, the teenage girl falls once more through Darkness, she closes her eyes and upon opening them in the next few seconds, she finds herself standing in the central plaza of the 2nd District of Traverse Town, she looks to where the World's Keyhole could once be found and then found herself confronted with a both strange and mysterious figure appearing in the form of a slightly visible apparition, she confronts the figure with her magical tome with the figure proceeding to reveal his face by taking down his hood, only to be interrupted by a young teenage boy flying over above the teenage girl with a unique sword in hand, slicing the apparition of the figure in half, the whole scenery is then filled with Darkness surrounding both the teenage girl and the teenage boy, as they stand together back to back. Unique monsters appear from within the Darkness trying to attack the two teenagers, only for another teenager resembling a humanoid dog to appear and using a lance, he spins it around and forces the creatures back into the shadows whence they came, now the three teenagers stood side by side, still back to back, the veil of Darkness covering them disappears and the trio find themselves standing in the very center of the Keyblade Graveyard, in front of them are the three Keyblades: The Kingdom Key which the girl picks up. The Way to the Dawn which the boy picks up. and finally The Kingdom Key D which the humanoid dog like teenager picks up. As the trio pick up the three Keyblades, they see someone approaching them in a bluster of huge sand, unable to make out his appearance, the young teenage girl took a closer inspection at the person approaching them and from what she could make out, he was seen wearing armour, the screen lifts up towards the sky, not making out what happens between the trio of teenagers and the person in armour seen confronting them, a flurry of wind and Keyblades then appear, leaving only behind in the exact center of the screen the Recusant's Sigil. The opening ends with the Recusant's Sigil immediately disappearing by burning away into pieces of burned paper ashes. Seen sitting on-top of the tree Sora, Riku and Kairi used to hang out at the children's island is the hooded figure in a black coat seen being confronted by the teenage girl in the opening, he says to himself the words: "...Some say Kye...but, the overall meaning, is the same...DEATH...are you prepared? to discover the other truth, of Kye...?" said the figure, the scene changes to the teenage girl in her room, waking up, sighing, she says to herself: "...Another dream...but, what exactly IS, the dream? sigh...hmm?" the girl had noticed something, she opened her curtain blinds and saw something, something...beautiful, it was the rising early morning sun of the Destiny Islands that temporarily blinded her eyesight from looking into the sun, the girl lastly thought to herself the words: "...Looks like, another fresh start for the islands, well then, time to get up." said the girl, getting ready to officially start the day properly. Iamkingdomhearts1000 1,170 Posted March 18, 2018 (edited) -Destiny Town- The girl was seen fully prepped and ready, heading straight towards her high school called "Academia", the girl's name was Ria, she is 15 years old, president of the librarian club, loves books more then anything else, a studying genius and is known to be at the very top of her classes, acing English, Maths and Science all alike. However, she is also known to be a shy girl more or less, although she excelled in studies based on how the mind works, she wasn't very good at physical activities and more importantly, she didn't know how to socialize with others other then with her very best good friend since childhood named Dawn, 16 years old and is a title given champion in physical education, whereas he has failing grades in lessons such, as both English and Maths for examples, he passes exceedingly in sports and was nicknamed by all his friends at school the "Top Dog that Defies Destiny". The two friends are well known and famous throughout all of their school of Academia, however whilst Dawn is praised by everyone, Ria is more or less shunned due to her unsociable personality, people wonder how it is that both she and Dawn are known to be lifelong childhood friends and that Dawn hangs out with her from time to time mostly, as everyone believes her to be both a "snob" and a "uncool kid", although Ria tries to get Dawn to hang out with his other "normal" friends, he refuses, seeing Ria, as his friend first and foremost, not caring what others think about him socializing with Ria and that he knows Ria is only trying to push Dawn away to protect his image and not lose his other friends from simply hanging out with Ria herself, although Ria is happy by Dawn's both concern and efforts, nevertheless, she doesn't want to feel like she is being pitied by both him and especially everyone else and so she does all that she can to avoid everyone, sometimes locking herself within the school library even when school is over, caring about and wanting to protect her very best friend Dawn's image from being tarnished by Ria herself. Iamkingdomhearts1000 1,170 Posted March 18, 2018 (edited) During one day where she does lock herself inside the school library without the teachers or anyone else ever really knowing about Ria locking herself there, Ria decides to catalog books to their proper places on a whim and whilst she does so, she finds a both strange and mysterious book called the "Re-connection", she decides to read it and discovers a few things upon reading: "...Keyblade...Heart...Heartless...Lux...Unions...Foretellers...Ira...Aced...Invi...Gula...Ava...Kingdom...Hearts? Chi? what the? what is this book? i don't ever remember the library having this, perhaps-KYA!" suddenly, a bright Light had emerged from the book and had transported Ria inside it, leaving the book to drop towards the floor, as Dawn sneaks into the library just then through one of the windows, hoping to find Ria here... "...Hello? hello, hello! hey! Ria! are you here!? come on Ri, answer me! i know you're here!" said Dawn, calling Ria Ri, as an affectionate nickname whilst beginning to look around the library for her... meanwhile, inside the book... Ria was seen entering a Dive to the Heart sequence down below straight into Darkness, feeling, as though she was being engulfed by the sea itself, she envisioned the beach of the children's island that her parents used to hang out on and upon doing so, suddenly, a Station of Awakening appeared below her, it was Sora/Roxas' Station of Awakening, Ria was surprised looking at it, as she immediately knew whose image it was that was on the station before landing on it, as she took a few moments to adjust herself upon landing, she looked around, trying to figure out where she was before then knocking on the station glass ground below her, wondering what it was that she was standing on, she said to herself the words: "...Strange...it feels like glass but, not glass at the same time, it almost feels...like...a beating, Heart." said Ria, suddenly, the station started to break apart in half, one half with four faces on it being separated from the other half that only had one bigger face on it, Ria was quickly able to jump on the side with the one bigger face, replying to herself by saying: "Wha-what is this!? just...what is this place!? what's going on!?" As Ria tried to make sense of everything, she then heard a voice whisper out to her, she recognized the voice: "...Dawn!? Dawn is that you!? if so, can you hear me!? i'm here! inside this book! Dawn! DAWN! ..." Ria then realized it was hopeless simply just trying to call out... "...You..." "Huh!? !?!? who-who are you!? are you some kind of creep!? if so! ..." "You are the one, who will inherit the title." "...W-Wha? what are you, talking about!? what title!?" "...Chi...Kye...say it however you want to but, aren't you at least curious? to discover the TRUE meaning? of, it all? ..." "What are you TALKING ABOUT!? i don't understand WHAT you're trying to say! look if you want to speak then speak like a normal person, i don't have time for this!" "...You do not even understand yet what lies behind the door, ...take up your decisions and forge the pact." "Huh? forge what pact?" after having a lengthy talk with a both strange and mysterious black coated hooded figure that appeared behind her, catching her by surprise at first, Ria talked with the figure and upon disappearing into thin air, he left behind in his place three floating weapons from which supposedly Ria was to choose from, they were a sword, a staff and a shield, Ria said to herself: "...A sword, a staff and...a shield? since when is a shield used, as a offensive weapon? ...sigh, whatever, if i just choose from one of these three weapons, i'm sure that creep will let me out of here, let's see..." Ria looked at the three weapons, giving each of them respectively a thought to think about choosing, however, in the end, Ria had made up her mind, she had chosen the staff, Ria says out towards the surrounding Darkness, believing the figure to be lurking inside of it: "Okay! weirdo! i've chosen my pick! now what!?" "...You still haven't made your decisions." "What? but i already-" "To find is to lose and to lose is to find, in order to obtain something, something of equal value must be given up, you have chosen the path of the mystic, the path of wisdom, surely with wisdom now at beck and call, you can figure out what to do next?" "!? ...Wait...does he mean?" Ria then realized what the figure meant after finding him standing in the Darkness, she obtained the staff she choose but must now give up the other powers that were offered to her, deciding "wisely" with the wisdom she inherited upon choosing the staff, she decided to give up the sword: "...You give up the strength of warriors and heroes?" "That's right, swords are only used to hurt others, even worse, i won't relay on something so evil, even if it means getting out of here, you can count on that much." "...What if the thing you call evil was also used, as a power and means of protection? to protect others? to protect those, that you care about? family? friends? what then?" "!? I! ..." Ria could not think up of an answer, as the figure then lastly said to her the words: "Very well, you have made your decisions and have forged the pact, now, face your test, discover...if the power is within you." Just then, a huge sound could be heard climbing up from the side of the station, as Ria went to go and look, suddenly, she saw a giant "colorful" to say in a manner of speaking monster, it was colored half white on the left and colored half black on the right sides of its body, it was a giant monster, known, as a "Gray Symphonia", Ria backed away slightly upon seeing the creature before outright running away from it until realizing that there was nowhere to run, especially since the station was broken in half from earlier. The Symphonia tries to attack Ria and seeing no other alternative but to fight, Ria uses the staff she chose to create blunt hits upon the Symphonia's head in order to damage it, the Symphonia had a slippery body so it could sink inside the crack of the station within the middle and then reemerge from any other side of it to surprise attack Ria, Ria had to be careful not to fall into the crack herself, otherwise it was immediately game over for her, suddenly, Ria recalled Memories that weren't even hers, they were of Roxas battling the Twilight Thorn many years ago, reacting upon those Memories, Ria found herself doing very skilled acrobatics despite not being very good at physical activities previously, she then recalled another Memory that didn't belong to her, it was of her father Sora when he was a teenager transforming his weapon, a Key shaped sword that Ria didn't not recognize into what looked like a chariot made of thunder, deciding to use these "Memory Recalls" to her advantage, Ria had transformed her staff into a giant spear and had used it to completely make a few continuous lunges straight at the Symphonia's head until eventually reaching the near end of the battle, in which the Symphonia used its morphing body to mend the station's two halves back together into one before transforming into a giant morphing spiky orb that had let out electrical discharges at the station's floor, now able to fight on even footing once more, Ria used another Memory Recall to help her in battle against the Symphonia, it was forming a giant whirl-storm under its now spiky orb shaped body and upon utilizing that, Ria had spin and spin around until eventually she was launched up into the air both around and by the side of the Symphonia's body, using her judgement, she had to land on the parts of the Symphonia's body that weren't covered with spikes and then strike once more at its head until finally, she destroyed the Gray Symphonia, causing her to fall off its body and land back on the station below, as the Symphonia started crashing below towards the station and upon hitting its center did both the Symphonia and the station both end up exploding, leaving nothing but floating glass platforms laying about within the air everywhere, including a floating knocked out Ria who looks like she had just lost her Heart despite winning. Ria was seen endlessly floating until suddenly a bright Light emerged above her, it was in the form and shape of a Keyhole, for some reason, it started acting up until it swallowed Ria whole and, the next second she awoke, she herself back in the real World where she was transported by the Re-connection book, now shown completely blank with no entries written inside of it whatsoever, Ria had wondered where she was: "...Where...where, am...i? ..." "RIA!" "...D-Dawn? ..." Ria was found by Dawn who proceeded to help her after that, Dawn had asked Ria what had happened to her and she merely replied: "...What, what are you talking about? nothing's happened, i'm fine, i was just cataloging these books, speaking of which, that reminds me, what are YOU doing here!?" said Ria, she had completely lost her Memories of her experience within the book and instead went on with her normal life, as though nothing else had ever happened, nothing whatsoever, however, Dawn was skeptical...
