Things change over the years. Some of the scene are taken out and most of them were just relocated.

And the Days HP bar layout, I guess they just wanted to change it. If I remember correctly so did they changed it 3 times.

Yeah, those were either removed or relocated, like when it shows Terra about to fight Xehanort in the sandstorm, that was moved to up on the earth pillar and Vanitas was added to it. And then the part where he is holding Ventus in the gorge in Radiant Garden was moved to Land of Departure. The part where Ventus is on Destiny Islands was edited and put in the Keyblade Graveyard.

Ventus said "Erase me" in BBS, but it was in Keyblade Graveyard instead of Destiny Islands
