2018: The Year Of Kingdom Hearts III!

Hey there everyone, how's it going!? So then, it's just unbelievable that we're already in 2018! This year, this amazing and wonderful year is finally upon us! I'm just all psyched out, because after so many years of waiting and preparation, Kingdom Hearts III is finally months upon us! The wait is almost over, and hype is at an all time high! This is going to be one of the most awesome years of my life, and Kingdom Hearts III is a main reason for this, since I've been waiting for this game for so long!

 

With that being said, I'm very happy, and here I, The Friendly Neighborhood Webhead, wanted to share with you all my feelings regarding this excitement and the awesomeness D23 left us with! Enjoy!

 

 

As you can see, I improved my audio. But yeah, I'm very excited! The hype is real, everyone!

I'm totally excited for this. We have really come a long way. I got into the series when I was in middle school and now I'm two years close of being 30. Still not caring that I'm an adult when playing Kingdom Hearts. I'm glad that I got into Disney when I was really young. I just feel like that I should thank my parents for that; for buying those movies. This game is really going to be big. I just know it. I'm more excited of what Nomura said of "something he always wanted to do" as, he was working on Final Fantasy. And also excited of the "connection" regarding Kingdom Hearts 3 and Union X[Cross]. I just have this thought in my mind of what would probably happen at the end of Kingdom Hearts 3. I'm really glad my brother gave me a PS4 back in November 2017. I don't have to wait any longer to get my own and the game, whenever it'll come out. 

 

To me, Kingdom Hearts is not just a game. It's a really good story to dive in. I've enjoyed everything in this series. Nomura brought the series into the world. We've experienced a lot of things as the titles pilled up. And then when X[Chi] and Unchained X (which is now Union X[Cross) came, it's like we've entered the World of Kingdom Hearts experiencing life as a Keyblade Wielder. Up and to the Keyblade War, and beyond. Makes me feel glad I've seen the first game's trailer on TV on a Saturday morning, those many years ago.

Yep it is worth to wait a few months for a new trailer. They are always brilliant.

It is also a good way not to spoil too much for KH3.

The next one can come for the anniversary. But it is possible that only KHx will be focused.

Indeed! It's going to mark an accomplishment in all our lives, and it's going to be one heck of a time for all of us Kingdom Hearts fans!

Haha, that's awesome! Once you have the system in your hands, it'll only get you more hyped to have KHIII for it!

Haha, yeah, you can say that again! We've all been on a long journey, and this video game series has helped us make lifelong friends, and it's helped us appreciate the little things in life, and it's allowed us to enjoy the best of the best in storytelling in media! I will probably be a Kingdom Hearts fan all my life! No, not probably, I'm certain I'll be a Kingdom Hearts fan all my life, and it's my hope that I can get my kids and grandkids into this series so they can enjoy it as much as I have! This video game series is very close to my heart, and it's an important part of my life and one of the reasons why I have such an upbeat personality, ya know? God bless Nomura and all his team for bringing us this beautiful video game series! Onward to Kingdom Hearts III and beyond!

KH3 is probably one of the most important things for me in my life, I hope I don't sound like obe of those people who have nothing else to do BUT I DON'T CARE!  I love this franchise to dead, I never really had many friends as a kid, I did not know how people worked, I had almost no interest in anything... But playing Kingdom Hearts II... Damn that game is Godlike, it was my very first time seeing CGI in a product and the graphics, voice acting, settings were so amazing I can't believe what I was playing. I started to see how people interact with each other and could relate with Roxas, I never saw any of the Disney movies the World's are based before playing KH2 except Mickey Donald and Goofy movies and I have no shame or regret for that IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPIERENCE NOT KNOWING!

 

I followed this series since 2006 since I cried like a bitch at the end of KH2 when I was a kid and told myself I would stay with this franchise yeah I know  :rolleyes:.... But I don't care  :cool: for real though I was kind of ashamed to be a fan of this franchise because of the Disney characters. It wasn't really... Popular on all my schools to be a fan of Disney or like games as Kingdom Hearts when I turned 12 or 15 they would laugh in my face and tell everyone and everyone thought PEGI 12 games were dumb (even though they have a background with those games themself).

 

But I found some people who didn't care about that and liked it and even still played games like Rayman, Pokemon, Ratchet and Clank etc (still sometimes I was handled not with that much respect but atleast not by my friends).

I remember the announcement in 2013 I runned through the living room screaming out of joy and... I am getting it;)

I will cry when I have KH3 and  I will cry at the end and I will be in denial when I have the game.

Dang man, I totally get where you're coming from! As a Kingdom Hearts fan, I've waited for III for 12 years as well! The fact that the Sirius Black video you put more than rightly describes the long wait is amusing. Great touch with the vid, it's accurate as heck!

 

But yes, I know what you mean! This video game series has been an undeniably important part of my life, and it's helped me grow as a person as well! I remember when I used to have insecurities about myself, but seeing how Riku overcame his darkness helped me gather the courage to redeem myself from my own insecurities, and slowly but surely, I went on a journey to accept myself for who I am, and that I am a person that is at peace with myself, just like how Riku came at peace with himself and his darkness! So really, this game is going to affect many players emotionally, and it's going to strike a storm of brutal feels, of that much I'm sure!

 

And well, those people who've never played the KH games because they think that they are little kids games are really missing out, and apparently they're all ashamed of the fact that they grew up with Disney films, when in reality, we all grew up with em! But, you know how it goes with people. At least we're having a blast with the series!

 

But yes, I remember that fateful day, five years ago, when I stumbled upon the reveal trailer for Kingdom Hearts III! I went wild and blacked out of excitement, and I shouted and yelled and excitedly told mom that the game was finally coming! And now, all these years later, and we're this close to having the game! It's such a surreal feeling, to think that we're this close to getting it! I'm definitely gonna get some really big feels when I finally have the game in my hands!
