Tom 437 Posted October 22, 2010 Considering that today was a half day due to Parent-Teacher Confrenses (although my parents never go to), today was really shitty. First class, Biology. My friend had to change to Advance, which was unnecessary but her mom controls her life apparently. So I'll have no one to talk to in that class. Plus I wasn't here last class so I needed someone's notes to copy down. And other people's handwriting...are pretty hard to read, so I got no notes down. Then we have a project on cells, where each group of two did a part that makes up the cell. Sadly, I get paired up with a person who likes to get high. He smokes since I can see the cigarettes in his pockets, and he mentioned some sort of weed, so no surpises that he gets high. Knowing him, he won't do anything and I'll end up working on the entire project (it's actually easy but that doesn't mean I should do all the work). Didn't this guy learn DARE? Math Foundations is next. I've said before that I'm really good at math, it's just that I didn't make up a quiz that I owed to my old Algerbra teacher. No harm there, it's actually helps improve a little and kills time. This was half of a period (or half of a half of a period ). Then I had half of a period of Study Hall, which went too fast. Then the biggest problem happen today: Gym. I hate Gym with a passion, ever since I had to do the mile. I hate those tests. Guess what? Mile today...for like the third time. My friend Dakota told me before last class that we were going to have to do the mile. But he happened to be wrong. Ok, well I wasnt there that day so it was all good. But he didn't tell me he was wrong. He waited today to tell me he was wrong. I could of possibly not of changed so I wouldn't do the mile and just walk around. No, instead we changed into our gym clothes and then when we walked into the gym, he says we have the mile. Douchebag move. Worst part is that we we're going to do this outside. Let me tell you something...it's not just cold, not just chilly...it's firetrucking freezing out. I had my jacket but that barely worked. I was shivering. And I'm looking at the sky...there's no sun and it's foggy. What does that mean? ITZ GONNA RAIN. It so happens that it does. When the first group went on the track, I had to write down times that the teachers called. Not only do I have to sit there and freeze, I have no place to write the piece of paper except on my fatty friend Dakota. Pain in the neck and you can't read it clearly. Them when it was my turn, I ran for 5 seconds, then Dakota told me to slow down, and that's when I said screw it and I walked with him the entire 4 laps. Half way done, it started to rain a lot. Whoever's idea was to go outside should have their babies eaten. Then putting up my hood, I can barely see where I'm running since my jacket was pretty big. Foruth lap, that's when our Nazi teacher decides to lecture me and my friend to run. I run a little, then I'm out of breath and a cramp comes along for the ride. But she still keeps yelling at me and my friend to keep going like every ten seconds. And when I got to the end, lecture this and that. I was almost ready to punch the Nazi teacher. I've pretty much enough of her bullshit and this mile. Exhasted going back in, I'm not really a happy camper. Since today was a half day, there was no lunch. That's just wonderful. Finally, I have my Info Processesing class (computers and stuff). Surpisingly I didn't do much and really just had to do some random crossword puzzle with 50 words. Counting boxes and having vocabulary helps a lot. Then school's over and I walk home again, twice in a row. My freshy wasn't there so the trip was boring and tiring. And that's it. School made this day a bitch.
Papou* 1 Posted October 22, 2010 Wow. It seems almost impossible to have that much bad luck on ONE day, but apperently not... Sounds awful. Well at least you have it done now, and I hope tomorrow's gonna be better for you.
roxaskeybladeart55 72 Posted October 22, 2010 Damn, we pretty much did nothing yesterday, it was a half day as well. I feel for you buddy.
Sorage55 10 Posted October 22, 2010 Wednesdays down here in highschool means half day. We haven't done the mile yet, mate, but I love running, even though my only set back is some gluttony in me. But in a sprint i'm one of the fastest, anyways, you have my empathies.
Zexion's_Lover_46 76 Posted October 22, 2010 At least you can go to school, I can't. I'm getting a GED. But it still sucks to have a bad day. You always think to yourself "Why can't things just get better." I hope it gets better for you
Omerta 0 Posted October 23, 2010 I hate the mile too, even though I run it in like 7 minutes, I feel exhausted afterwards.
