I would just ask a friend but I don't have friend IRL because I'm homeschool and I don't get out alot. Godot 513 Posted October 21, 2010 Talking to people usually helps. The best way is to join a rec team. Like, if your town (or somewhere near your town) has a swimming team, or a basketball team, just sign-up and see how it goes. Think Pink 1,967 Posted October 21, 2010 Well I'm a very stupid but very social person. I usually just bounce right up to someone and start babbling. Some secretly probably think I am insane. But, hey, they come shopping with me. You should, as DLC suggested, join some type of group. I've met a lot of great friends from playing field hockey and soccer.
