I don't think it's possible to tell, the mouthing for when anyone speaks in any cut scene is usually so off, and this isn't even a cut scene.

On a serious note, I think Marluxia could have said something about his Somebodies identity, or he could have said something like "Ventus" or "Roxas" that had Sora surprised.
