Arguably Naruto is since Disney airs Shippuden but it's not affiliated with Disney to a point of there being any chance of a world or anything like that.

 

 

As for Soul Eater and Fullmetal Alchemist, that would kick so much ass. However, the likelyhood of worlds based off those series are slim to none. The most one can realistically hope for would be Maka Albarn and Edward Elric being shown in Hollow Bastion or something.

That would be awesome to have a non-disney world, but it probably won't ever happen But they should get at least get 1 SE world, like "The Planet" where you can go through the town, see Reno (i want Reno in just for the Axel/Reno same voice thing) and maybe the world with Lightning in it, since it's a relatively new game, or something along those lines, beacause SE hasn't gotten as much credit as it deserves, it only has the FF7, FF10/x-2 and Squall in it (i think thats it) so they need a SE world

Haha. Well Disney did just buy Marvel. But I'm pretty sure they'll stick with Disney. Though I'd kill for a Toy Story, a Pocahontas, or a Hunchback of Notre Dame level. <3
