Jingilator 922 Posted October 1, 2017 Who wants remakes of Donkey Kong '94, Super Mario Land 1 & 2, and Wario Land all in 1 game, a la N. Sane Trilogy, using the modern day Mario & Luigi engine? Well, the title is the title of the game I'm thinking of. My ideas are... Donkey Kong '94: -Luigi is playable -There will be pictures of Bowser that deduct your life count in the Slot Machine mini game. -The Random Number mini game (the one where you press a button and the number it hits is how many lives you get) now has zeroes present. -Mario or Luigi can take two hits before losing a life, which can be healed by Super Mushrooms found lying around. Super Mario Land: -There are new power ups such as Mega Mushrooms, Magic Carrots, and Propeller Mushrooms. -There will be mini bosses in some areas, ranging from Boom Booms to Magikoopas to Sumo Bros. -Once again, Luigi is playable. Super Mario Land 2: -Luigi is playable once more, but this time, you have to beat the main game. -New power ups include the new ones in Super Mario Land as well as Super Acorns, Penguin Suits, and Invincibility Mushrooms. -After beating the main game, the maps will be much harder than before. Wario Land: -WALUIGI is playable after beating the main game. -New helmets include the Kong Helmet, which can break through rocks without a shoulder charge; the Koopa Helmet, which allow Wario to take 5 extra hits before losing it; and the Shake Helmet, which grant Wario his abilities from "Wario Land: Shake It!". -The Mega Mushroom grant Wario ALL of his abilities, both from the original and the remake. Common traits: -Bosses have additional attacks; for example, Donkey Kong and Junior will throw bananas, nuts, and hammers; Tatanga will charge up a laser and shoot it; Wario shoulder charges and burps in his base form, dives forward in his bunny form, and creates a force field of fireballs in his fire form; Syrup's genie summons icicles, thunderbolts, and torrents. -The player can save manually at any time on the Map screen. -Medals are scattered throughout levels and certain amounts of them can unlock things like Music Select, character outfits, and the Retro Music option. What do you guys think?
