King Mickey. Need I say more? Braig would promote the criminals. Plus, he would view laying down the law this way: "as if." Goofy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer unfortunately and he would end up handcuffing himself instead of the criminal. Auron would be "do what you guys want, I have no business here." Lea would probably just assassinate everyone he arrests whether guilty or innocent and then asks anyone who saw "got it memorized?" Sora would try to act too heroic and find a way to mess it up while doing so (plus he is not the brightest in terms of intelligence). Xemnas would use the criminals to his benefit to only gain power and influence. Leon would be out gunned. Pete would try to get criminals to do his bidding and then have it turn against him in a rather hilarious and pathetic fashion. King Mickey can lay down the law and back it up if necessary.

Plus, he has a good heart, just like Sheriff Andy Taylor of Mayberry, North Carolina.
