Should future games have a job system (for Donald and Goofy)?

Just as the title says. You remember how the pre-VII Final Fantasy games had a job system and stuff, starting with the first one? Well, what would you think if future Kingdom Hearts games used a simple version of the system for Donald and Goofy (Donald being a Dragoon, Goofy being a Dark Knight, etc.)?

Eh, I don't think it really has a place in KH. I'm not opposed to job systems for games in general, but KH works better when it homages the system rather than imitating it.

I think they did that with the Nobodies in KHII.

Well, if the next saga is all about new beginnings and whatnot, obviously Nomura will want to experiment with the gameplay, as the KH series is always evolving in terms of gameplay style, so we could see job systems in the future! I wouldn't be opposed to it, but at the same time, I wouldn't be disappointed if jobs weren't available, ya know? I'm used to KH the way it is as a whole, ya know?

Well it would be a fresh start and than everything is possible. I would actually like to see donald and goofy doing their actual job around disney castle

If it would make Donald and Goofy useful in combat sure, but I can't see how it could work with Sora without gimping him in some way compared to previous games. The fast paced hack and slash gameplay is what the game series lives and dies on, anything that would interfere with that shouldn't be in the series (I'm looking at YOU Chain Of Memories card system).

Well, I'm not so much focusing on Sora. Like you said, he doesn't exactly NEED to have a FF job, lest people are okay with it gimping normal gameplay. This is more of a Donald and Goofy related topic, ya know?
