So in DDD we see lea use axel's chakrams to fend off maleficent and Pete, and later to save sora. So I think it's understood that the somebodies have the weapons their nobodies had. I wanna see how this will affect story and gameplay in kh3.

Does that mean they have complete control over them though? Cuz we see lea go over and PICK UP the chakram. I mean, who does that? Axel would have just teleported it back to him. It may be a poetic thing, but do they seriously have complete control?

We don't see ienzo and aeleus use theirs. And lea gets a stinkin keyblade. Will they get them too? Best not to think about that one.

Will you be able to use these characters like summons and help you whenever u need?

Well, just think back to Birth By Sleep. Lea used those frisbee looking things to fight Ventus in Radiant Garden, and I'm guessing since the frisbee things were something related to Lea's personality, that's what transitioned into his weapons being chakrams. As the Keyblade is something that belongs to the wielder's heart, I'm sure that other non-Keyblade weapons work in a similar fashion, hence why he can summon his chakrams out of thin air! The thing about him picking them up in Disney Castle was probably simply for his badass entrance. He probably wanted to show off.

 

For the different Organization members, I'm sure that there's similar properties, but I don't think all of them will end up getting Keyblades. And if they do, then hey, in the age of Fairy Tales, there were millions upon millions of Keyblade Wielders, so having a few dozen wouldn't be that daunting, ya know?

 

As for them being summons, I don't know! We'll have to wait and see!

I don't think their powers/weapons have anything to do with them being Nobodies, so I don't see why they wouldn't have full control again. People in the KH universe just simply have magic powers and abilities. They can summon magic weapons for the same reason Donald and Goofy can summon their staff and shield.

He was still in the Corridor of Darkness when he threw those chakcharms. And he needed to leave it because he clearly wanted to meet Mickey and make a request, which was likely to take him to Yen Sid. He just picked up his chakcharms on the way. His timing however must have been convenient.

 

As for weapons, it's not tied to their Nobodies, like Elfdemon said. They can summon it similar to Keyblade bearers summoning their Keyblades. So, the whole versions of Even, Ienzo, Larxene etc will be able to summon their weapons. Which we may or may not see.
