Should Kingdom Hearts 3 get Final Mix DLC?

Hey guys!! How's it going? I'm here again to share a video of mine, in this video I talk about whether or not Kingdom Hearts 3 should get a Final Mix DLC. This is a topic i've seen going around in the community for the past couple of months and I wanted to give my opinions on it. Anyways Thank you for reading and I hope you guys enjoy the video!

Will it be needed? Maybe, we don't know. Will it happen? I'd say it's very likely. In my opinion this time it will be (and it should be) either a DLC (a 20$/€ DLC would be nice for me)or a "complete edition", probably for PS5 in the future.

I'll say this, it should have EVERYTHING in it for EVERYONE, no region-exclusivity BS, that's getting real old. The only reason it should have something like this is if it helps with the production time, releasing the main game sooner so that more time can be devoted towards stuff that would ordinarily be considered "Final Mix content". But in all honesty, I'd rather all of KH3 just be released together as one thing from Day 1.

Haven't watched the video yet, but:

 

Let's assume that there will be DLC at all, which there probably will. The name could be anything, but let's not call it Final Mix.

 

Now skip to a time where they are done with making and releasing DLC. They could release a "Game of the Year" edition and call it Final Mix.

my thoughts exactly I dont want to wait another 4-5 years so I can finally have the real final game in my hands, come on Square we western folk are not so bad at games as you think give us all the secret bosses!

 

I would however appreciate it that if there is Dlc its nothing relevant to the story

No because the hardware has greater capabilities and they can put in whatever they want. With the amount of time they have been working on this title, I don't see them putting out Final Mix DLC.

Well, considering that Nomura said he didn't want any of the fans to be left out in terms of any bonus content, I say that if there is Final Mix content, it'll be available for everyone, and not just Japan, and it'll most likely take the form of DLC, since DLC is something that is making the rounds as of late in the gaming industry!

 

I really really want Kingdom Hearts III to be a complete experience, so if there is any DLC, I just hope it's things that aren't vital to the story, otherwise we're looking at another FFXV situation again!

 

Remember that Jose Alamo had told us that there'd probably be cut content from the game? With that being the case, if the cut content just so happens to be secret bosses, extra Keyblades and whatnot, make that the DLC so that everything Nomura wants for the game gets in the game! And that way he could get everything he wanted to put into the game in the first place!

 

I just hope that the main game is complete, though!

At first KH3 should be released without the feeling of being unfinished (I'm looking at you FF15).

 

However, I would like to have some bonus story DLCs just to expand the KH3 story. For example something like Episode of Kairi, Episode of Young Xehanort or Episode of Lea etc.

if there is important plot elements released as dlc for the "final mix" it would be a low blow to make it expensive so i think it should be $15-20 depending on length or as a thanks to all the fans completely free
