KHUX April XIII Event feat. Vexen B, Returning Avatar Boards, Illus. Kairi Deal (4/13)

It's the 13th of the month, and that means that the newest Organization event has begun! Starting on 4/13 at 12:00 AM (PT) and lasting until 4/19 at 11:59 PM (PT), players can take on thirteen quests of increasing difficulty to earn a total of seven Vexen B medals and the Vexen Style avatar part! Vexen B's stats are as follows:

Reverse/Magic

Guilt Tier 3

AOE, 1 Gauge Cost, 1.61x - 2.81x damage

Raises Speed and Magic-based DEF by 1 tier for 4 turns. Moderately recovers HP. Inflicts more damage the more turns have passed.

 

As you can see, Vexen B excels in long-term battles, making him especially useful against bosses in Union Cross mode.

 

In other news, the next set of returning Avatar Boards is available! From 4/13 at 12:00 AM (PT) to 4/19 at 11:59 PM (PT), the Nick Wilde, Judy Hopps, KH Yuffie, and KH Cloud Avatar Boards will cost 1500 Jewels each (half of their original cost). Each of these boards comes with many useful medals, making them a great deal for players who missed out!

 

Finally, a special Illustrated Kairi deal has made its way to the shop! From 4/13 at 12:00 AM (PT) to 4/24 at 11:59 PM (PT), this deal will guarantee a copy Illustrated Kairi's KH1 variant within 5 pulls. In addition, the first pull of this deal is half-price, at 1500 Jewels. Many players (and Square Enix themselves) have acknowledged that Illustrated Kairi is a must-have medal, so if you don't have a copy, or you would like a second one to try and unlock the Extra Attack trait, consider saving your Jewels for this deal.

 

NOTE: The Illustrated Kairi deal appeared one day earlier than planned, ahead of its corresponding notice. As such, several players were unaware of the increased cost of the banner after their first pull. Square Enix have apologized and are determining an appropriate solution. However, they are letting the deal remain in the shop as-is, according to the notice. It is unknown what course of action Square Enix will take, or if players who purchased this deal prior to the release of the notice will be compensated.

 

UPDATE: Square Enix have come to a solution regarding the aforementioned deal. Players who purchase the Illustrated Kairi deal at least once before 12:00 AM (PT) on 4/14 will be refunded 1500 Jewels (effectively making their first pull free), and all players will be given 300 Jewels.
