KingdomShader13 16 Posted April 12, 2017 They've burnt me too many times when it's come to KH3 excitement ever since E3 2015. I'll get excited when I see a real story trailer but not a second before.
Dezarius 18 Posted April 12, 2017 I'm not in a hurry for any game, I want quality and I trust any time put in a game improves its quality. With that said any news will be a nice surprise, especially on KH3 and VII-R.
Kidkillroy1 13 Posted April 12, 2017 Coming soon on Ps4: Kingdom Hearts 2.9 The FINAL Final Chapter prologue Featuring Birth by Sleep 0.3:A Passage to Hope.In which Aqua is shoved into the ending of KH2 by saying she's the one that helped Sora and Riku get out of Xemnas's realm of nothingness at the end the same way she was shoved into the ending of KH1 in 0.2.Then ends with her conversation with Ansem redone in Unreal Engine 4+Kingdom Shader Not only that,it'll feature Union X:Back Cover II in which we see through a 50 minute movie why the firetruck Ventus existed thousands of years ago talking to Skuld and Ephemer Not only that it'll be where they make a playable remaster of 358\2 Days Don't forget the part about Union X: Back Cover not answering any of our questions!!!!! 1 Dio Brando reacted to this

However, I do think that KH3 needs to be worked on, then once its complete, nomoura can do as many remasters as he pleases. 2 Dio Brando and Kidkillroy1 reacted to this
The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted April 13, 2017 I think it's ridiculous they have not revealed any new information in over a year. I hate that they planned on combining the teams working on FFXV and KHIII after completion of FF but they just started with FFVII Remake. There is absolutely no justification for this. It feels like they are screwing over the KH community on purpose. "Strong presence" like the two short trailers in 2015? One not even displayed to the public like ever? If one thing is sure, they need to open up and start communicating. If not, the project will either never be finished or the fanbase will abandon the project. Well, I meant presence in the sense that in addition to the trailer we got at E3 2015, we also got lots of new information regarding the game's development, and I'm hoping this year's E3 bodes just as well! There's really no way of telling what happens next, ya know? Let's keep our fingers crossed! And yeah, I know what you mean! I wish that the main focus would be on KH3 so that all work is geared towards it! But hey, I'm sure things will be okay! 1 Kidkillroy1 reacted to this

That game was delayed so many times and the end product turned to be shit Delays don't necessarily always equal a good game
Guest Posted April 13, 2017 Like Mighty No.9 amirite? That game was delayed so many times and the end product turned to be shit Delays don't necessarily always equal a good game Sorry, but the comparison you're making is Apples and Oranges. Mighty No 9 was a Kickstarter with a small development team and a sleazy businessman. Kingdom Hearts actually benefits from delays because they're able to add assets from more contemporary Disney movies in the game.

Star Fox Zero Perfect Dark: Zero Ultima 9 Duke Nukem Forever Spore All games that were delayed and range from "meh" to "horse poop". Also, I don't know if KH3 benefits from delays for modern Disney films. You seem to be implying that the delay will allow films like Zootopia and Moana to be added, but is that good? KH3 was announced in 2013, when I think both those movies were barely a blip at the Animation Studios. Personally, I'd hate it if they decided on the world set, but then said 2 years later "Oh wait, we like this Zootopia movie, let's delay the game and add it to the roster". I'm not going by the Shigeru Miyamoto motto when I'm saying this, I'm just stating the unique benefit that Kingdom Hearts has over other video games regarding delays. Think about it, Nomura shifts from saying "development's going smoothly" to "don't expect it that soon". seem to imply that they haven't finalised the scripts for the Disney worlds chosen. Plus, more recent Disney film still suffer from post-"spoiler" syndrome (Big Hero 6) so that adds to the confidentiality clause. And besides, not every new Disney movie has to have a world dedicated to them. Take Zootopia for example, a Judy summon would be ideal enough for Zootopia's inclusion (after all, they did that with Chicken Little whilst developing for Kingdom Hearts II), so it really isn't an issue to add contemporary Disney properties. Jingilator 922 Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) Here's my wishlist: -Drive gameplay -At least 1 new world announcement -More story footage -Gameplay of a world's party members (not including Donald and Goofy, though I'd love to see their updated HUD icons.) -Another enemy type from previous games (either Unversed or Dream Eaters, I'd take either one just fine.) -Gameplay of summons That is all. Final Fantasy XV was 10 years in the oven as Versus XIII and that turned very mixed results Even in a bigger more professional environments not every delayed producted turned out good results The game can be polished as much as a delicious sunday from a technical perspective but it won't mean much if the story was garbo and the gameplay wasn't engaging Blind faith is never a good thing.Nomura took so long with Versus XIII to the point the game almost turned into a goddamn musical(I'm not making this shit up,look it up) and they had to retool so many assets and scrap so many things and in the end the game suffered severely as a result when it became XV I geniunely believe the reason KH3 is taking so long is that Nomura wrote himself into a corner with the story and he thinks Chi\Unchained\Union X would maybe get him out of it
The 13th Kenpachi 4,279 Posted April 14, 2017 I think we'll see a new trailer and either 'coming soon' or coming 2019. I don't think it'll be out in 2018 unless it's Christmas time. Even then, if they said 'coming soon' we can expect a 2018 release.
Yessie Maltese 1,564 Posted April 14, 2017 Maybe a new trailer and some new screenshots Or show some gameplay of Big Hero 6 world. or anything. I'm expecting a trailer like in E3 2015 but with Sora and Co this time. Mayby with the new theme song or a new song in KH3 . 1 The 13th Kenpachi reacted to this
