What if Ultimecia appears in the game and send Sora back in time.

yeah Squall also appeared in Final Fantasy dissidia because in dissidia Squall tries to hunt down Ultimecia for his crystal. For those of you who don't know who Ultemecia is she is a villian in dissidia who controls time just like Mysterious Figure and Luxord.

Much as I want to see the time witch, I don't think Nomura would throw anymore FF characters into KH world.

It honestly could use more FF characters though. And Squall and Ultimecia are from FF8 and i don't think putting Ultimicia in would work out.
