Wintera 0 Posted March 18, 2017 (edited) Hey guys! I've only been playing Unchained for about a week and a half. I've gotten some good medals (I think), but there's a quest where I need to deal 20,000 damage. I was reading some other posts where people said it shouldn't be too difficult. I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I'm using... Three Wishes Keyblade +23 Beauty and the Beast 6* Megara 6* Timeless River Sora 5* and Illustrated Sephiroth 6* Sephiroth is in the ×2.10 slot. He's +1000 strength and has Attack Boost 3 Max I also have a 6* Timeless River Donald that lowers defense, but then the heartless dies before Sephiroth attacks. I don't have any other defense lowering medals. I have plenty of strength buffers, but Beauty and the Beast already increase by 3 tiers. Isn't that the max? I can only do about 18000-19000 damage. Any help would be much appreciated! I can upload screenshots of my other medals if that would help. Update: I ran into the same problem with my speed medals on a different level I used the same set up except Lady Luck Keyblade +23 and Xehanort and Vanitas with 3 guilt and +1000 in the x2.10 slot Edited March 18, 2017 by Wintera
DarkLionhartKey 3 Posted March 18, 2017 you have to do damage in a single attack multi hit specials do not count but for example you could use black coat mickey xigbar a or a medal with a single hit special attack to do so if it has a high multiplier try and debuff and or boost
hawk222 152 Posted March 18, 2017 For damage, you'll want medals with a low number of hits (more hits means the damage gets divided between the hits). Marluxia A or B, Black Coat Mickey, Jack Skellington, Hercules & Phil, etc. would be good medals to use since they hit once. If Ill. Beauty and the Beast is too strong, you might try using a different strength boosting medal (Sebastian, Vivi, Piglet, etc.). Meg is good for lowering defense, so that's good. Attribute boosting medals can be helpful, too (Phil, KH Aerith, etc.). Finally, I wouldn't recommend using the Timeless River medals, since they only affect their own attack (unless you're using it as your last medal/the one that does the 20k damage). Screenshots would be helpful, and Xehanort & Vanitas will be a bad choice because it does too many hits.

Team Mike 19 Posted March 22, 2017 Wow, you've got a lot of good ones. I only have 1 illustrated medal and I've been playing for almost a year. ($0 monetary investment tho) Also keep in mind that regular Strength and type based Strengths are two different things. So you can have 3x Strength AND 3x Power based Strength at the same time, resulting in I think a 2.5 multiplier. You should use 5* Blue Aerith as well as Beauty and the Beast. (5* because its significantly less cost to put on a keyblade).
