Okay, I was a watching the trailer. So the solider in the uniform at the end of the trailer is Master Eraques's lingering setiment, right? Also, it looks like you can only fight him in Mirage Arena, because I saw terra in his armer uniform.

It most likely won't.

Final Mixes are meant for Japan.

An example: In Japan KH2 Final Mix was released along with Re:Chained of Memories. Here we only got the release of Re:Chained while Final Mix stayed in Japan.

 

I suppose you could buy BBS Final Mix online because the game isn't region locked. [i'm assuming this because BBS wasn't]

 

But in the end you may end up beating up the sales manager.

And you know I do wonder something else. Do they just take the original scenes in English and just sub them or do they have to record the whole thing again, especially for the new scenes

^^They just take the old scenes. And if they make new scenes, either they don't have voices or they just use previously recorded stuff (like in KHFM, before teh xemnas battle)
