Raxaimus 300 Posted February 9, 2017 (edited) A new batch of story quests is being added to the international version of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ on February 9th at 12 AM (PT)! Fifteen new quests have been added, focusing on Skuld's admission to the Dandelions. As always, Jewels will be rewarded after completing every set of five quests. Have fun! Additionally, the three Proud Quest categories in the Events section have received new content! Starting on February 9th at 12 AM (PT), players can now participate in the level 280 quests, with each being a test of their Power, Magic, or Speed medals! Players will have to defeat all enemies in these quests within one turn to get the Keyblade upgrade gems. Starting on February 9th at 12 AM (PT), the second Valentine's Deal is up for grabs! This time, the featured medal is Illustrated Riku B, a Chain of Memories-themed piece of artwork! He will be guaranteed after five draws, and each draw will award you with two 6-star medals with pre-filled special attack dots, as well as eight 5-star medals! Players who manage to unlock Illustrated Riku B's Guilt bonus by 2/20 PST will also receive the special CoM Sora & Riku medal, which will have three of its ability dots already filled in! Finally, there is a Bonus Jewel Purchase Campaign until 2/14 PST! Players will receive double the Skip Tickets and extra bonus Jewels upon purchasing Jewels during this event period. Are you excited for the new quests? Will you be getting your hands on Illustrated Riku B? Let us know in the comments! BlankShell 638 Posted February 9, 2017 Imagine if the new Proud Quests kept the JP rewards and this was a stealth release of Mickey and Brooms... I can dream. Anyway, look forward to trying them; I think I can reasonably get through Power and maybe Speed, but Magic is going to be tricky. 1 hawk222 reacted to this
hawk222 152 Posted February 9, 2017 So, three quests I can't beat followed by about 10 quests that will make my phone slow, followed by a deal that I'm not pulling for, and finally a deal that no one ever takes advantage of due to the poor quality. ...So, good stuff next week? At least there'll be Xigbar B-- Waitaminute, they never said anything about the stupid Xemnas B event!!

Raxaimus 300 Posted February 9, 2017 Xenmas B Event is long gone It might come back next January? I think he meant the fact that we got the same exact event as JP did, hence the enemies being way stronger than what we would usually deal with. 1 hawk222 reacted to this

So, the Japanese players had problems as well with the event?
BlankShell 638 Posted February 9, 2017 Yeah, Xemnas B was notoriously difficult. I don't expect Brooms for a little while regardless, but their silence on the Xemnas B event was pretty annoying. (I mean... I still beat them all and guilted Xemnas B, but anyway...) Also, beat all the quests already =P. It was fun! Gems are a decent substitute. Looking forward to the Castle of Dreams quests, though. I presume those are next?
Raxaimus 300 Posted February 12, 2017 (edited) Oh. So, the Japanese players had problems as well with the event? They didn't, as far as I know. Since their game has been around for longer, they have access to far stronger medals than international players do.
