There's actually several moments where his mouth increases in size when he's more cheerful or happy. In fact if you've watched the cartoons, you'd notice that there are several times where his mouth does indeed get this small on his face. It's not perfect, it certainly could use some work since half the time it looks like his mouth doesn't belong with his face, but it doesn't necessarily need to look like the permanent smile his old model always had, even in moments where he shouldn't be smiling. I prefer the more flexible face we have now, I'd just rather that they keep adjusting it to make it look more authentically Mickey-like and not too flat.

You like the slit in his face? I already posted a serious look of Mickey with a full mouth and jaw with dimples. some of the cartoons have horrible drawings. You might as well make him look like the Disney infinite Mickey. Every ones hair is greasy wet too.

it's not.

Every person's mouth goes bigger when we smile or look worried.

He's modeled wrong.

The first face is a worried face and the second one is just a default face of Mickey.

mouth is fine but what about that voice??

Mouth is not. Voice is not either. The original actor died after KH2 unfortunately.

Have you actually played the game yet? His mouth isn't like that all the time. It looks perfect most of the time. They're doing this so that Mickey can have a larger range of emotions and doesn't smile during serious situations. Go play the game or look at the cutscenes or something. He looks great.
