i think bbs takes place in the 70s (beacause of their clothes and absence of advanced technology) and kh-kh2 in the 80s (in the begining of kh2 in roxas's room i saw a cd)

I agree, Since the first game was released in 2002, we should go by that timeline, i.e:

 

BBS: 1992 (by birth year yay!)

KH1: 2002

KH2: 2003

I guess I'l reiterate. The Kingdom Hearst franchise is about going to a bunch of worlds.You can't make a single year to encompass every world. Deep Space is highly futuristic. The Land of Dragons takes place in ancient China. Twilight Town seems somewhat like our time. Hollow Bastion is pretty technologically advanced.

If you're going by the universes age, you should all be saying billions of years.
