Squall: So Cloud...I heard Nomura is gonna cast you for the new Final fantasy VII game. Hows that going?Cloud: Nomura said that was classified information. My lips are sealedLightning: Good luck with that. Nomura-san said that to me too when he cast me into FFXIII and he worked me to the goddamn bone....he made me do 2 other games afterwards without a pay rise despite the 'popularity'. I had to learn scripts overtime without pay over 30 weekends...I'm so bushed.Squall: Yeah, was like that too when I was cast for FFVIII. Noct sure does seems to have it easy.Lightning: Wait til you see him after work. I heard Tabata-san says he cried his eyes out after the filming for the final cutscene.Cloud: Did he now...what happened?Lightning: I dunno ask him yourself. Squall: At least we already know how your story will end, Cloud.Cloud: Yep. Everyone knows pretty much. Aerith says she's already started practising her scene with Sephiroth for the last 3 months. Says she wants to make it as emotional as possible. She's been talking to Xion and getting pointers.Lightning: And Sora? Hows he doingSquall: So so...he had an argument with Nomura-san the other day about how Kingdom Hearts III should end. So he's just sulking, he'll get over it soon enough. I also heard Old man Xehanort and Aqua are planning to resign soon.Lightning: What? No-way! Aqua was like a sister to me - we were introduced to work in this company around the same time by the same talent agencySquall: Its true. She says she's been depressed of late. Too much darkness or something. Dammit this company doesn't look out for the mental health of its workers. Cloud: What did you expect? Kids these days all cosplay us and think its a grand lifestyle...its actually a lot of hard work for a very small amount of cash Lightning: I'll say Cloud: So why did old man Xehanort say he was quitting again? Squall: Well, I first heard it first from Roxas, who heard it from- Lightning: Oh yeah...that boy. Strange kid he is. I heard he only got the role because he looked like Sora. Prompto's half cousin right? Squall: I don't know. Anyway, yes Roxas heard it from Sir Terra that old man Xehanort's health hasn't been too great as of yet. He said he twisted his shoulder during the filming for one of the cutscenes in KH3 and had to push the filming forward. Thats why Sora was upset with Nomura because Nomura wanted to replace the Xehanort's character with another for that cutscene. Cloud: Makes sense. That boy doesn't change...he's about the same on screen and off screen Squall: I heard he was upset with how KH2.8 turned out too. Cloud: Why's that? Squall: Something about not being paid enough for the role. He may be sulking but he hides it well during the filming for the cutscenes. Cloud: We are actors afterall...that sounds just like him. EXTRA CONVERSTAION Lightning: How goes practising for that crossdress scene? Cloud: You'd think I'd get used to it after having done it once 2 decades ago....nope Lightning: Isn't Aerith lending you her clothes? Cloud: You're kidding right? Lightning: Hey, I had to wear your outfit for lightning returns. You don't see me complaining. Cloud:... Squall: Hey why don't you ask WoL? He's used to wearing revealing clothing. Its not as bad as it seems Cloud: Its bad. He's just as bad as Vaan when it comes to dress sense. I was contracted to work with him once for the Mobius project Squall: And.... Cloud: Nothing. he's a strange fellow. I think Kuja might get along well with him.
