~Yuna and Corvus~

~Kalace, Lieth~

"Oh, thank You so much, Sol." She said. Yuna follows him as she looks around. She then saw strange couple that wears some kind of Halloween costumes, then saw a girl with a white cap and scarf. She tilt her head a little, wondering what's up with them. She stopped looking at them and continued to follow Sol.

Corvus got off of his bike and goes inside of Café, putting on an apron with picture of a small cup of coffee.

- Hanz Artstor - Kalace -

"Well she gave me directions at least..." Hanz commented as he shrugged, and began to walk away towards downtown, with a casual look on his face, however it didn't take long for him to notice the hat wearing man who was near him, probably had overheard the girl speaking as well. Hanz figured he'd have to say something, as that man was awfuly silent...and he was following him.

Turning around to face the man (Invidia). Hanz looked at him with a casual expression, "Greetings sir...are you following me?" Hanz questioned him. "Or are you just lost as well?" Hanz added. Hanz was not trustful of this man in the least, but he did not have a lot to fear, his physiology made him awfully hard to kill after all.

He turned his head to some commotion in the distance (Zion and the witch and reaper)., "Something going on over there?" Hanz asked curiously.

Yo, Scrap, you're travelling in time. xD Unless they had a reeeeaaally long walk.

-Zion: Witch Bitch gonna end up in a ditch-

Zion merely laughed. "I've ceased worrying about such lowly threats from outcasts like you. Need I remind you, Lucy, my wife was the Queen of your species. I know very well the powerful hunger...no, you see Lulu..." she floated up, sta ring Lucia in the eyes. "I know what you are. And saying I'll regret causing you trouble? Hah, you're funny." She merely smiled. "I only regret one thing, Lucy. Throwing your beautiful body in a ditch and lighting it on fire doesn't even have a priest in a brothel's chance of making it." She tipped her cap right back.
"Also, tell your pet to stay out of this. The Reaper should know death cannot touch me. Nor can you."

- The Witch and The Reaper, in a dispute with the Goddess of Light -

The Reaper growled and began stepping forward, but his advance ceased with a hand from his mistress upon his shoulder and from around him, The Witch slithered past, walking deliberately quite close to Zion, impressed at her talent for rebuttals. "Hmm. You know my name, you married the queen of my race and you're feisty to boot?" Her comment was followed with a rather delighted chuckle that she had to restrain to such from her imagined uproarious laughter, this situation amused her so, yet impressed her too.

"I know my history, so that just tells me all about you...Zion. At least we can know one another on a first name basisss~" The sultry tone emerged and while she didn't hope to seduce this Goddess, she did enjoy this conversation immensely. "Aww, and come now...surely if we were to come to blows, either of us would meet a more dignified fate than, what was it you said, burning in a ditch? Heh, superstitious lunatics would think of something more dignified, at least, in the ritualistic sense." The Witch spoke in confidence and teasing, a hand on her hip and said hips had swayed to the left, with The Reaper just watching, still standing ready.

-Sol, near the flower shop-

As they approached the destination, Sol pointed. "Hey, right there is a café, and on the left side of it is the flower shop. The café a pretty popular" he explained "It's usually a good place for some R&R and general information. The café and flower shop are the south part of the city. So, yeah" he concluded. "You're here for the new discovery, right?" Sol wondered.

-Sol - Downtown Kalace-

Sol crossed his arms and smiled. "Yeah, from Baroque to just a little bit down there," Sol pointed down the block " is the downtown part of the shopping district. There aren't many great things here, but the café, the flower shop, and Norise are a couple good shops to check out." Sol explained to Yuna. "Baroque was right down where we came. You're gonna go there for the event happening in a little bit." Sol paused a bit. "So, yeah" he concluded. "That's about all there is for here to see. Foreigners usually lose themselves easy in Kalace. Need anything else?"

Yuna shook her head. "That'll be all. Thank you very much." She smiles warmly at him. Yuna waves at Sol as she goes to the Café.

~Corvus~

~within Café, Lieth~

As Corvus's pouring some coffee for one of the costumer, he looks at the window and saw Yuna. A small gasp escape from his mouth. (it's that girl again.) while continued watching her, his eyes turned red as one of the chairs' leg was loose. He snapped out of it and goes to the costumer, giving a cup of coffee to the person.

-Sol, downtown Kalace-

Sol watched Yuna go into the café. She really was interesting, and cute. It was the first time he's seen and interacted with a Toria up close. She was just so nice, too. He wondered if he should've given his phone number, since she looked like she was lost. Pulling out his phone and checking the time, Sol decided he had time to meander about. He walked further downtown, checking out the buildings and looking around for anything at all.

The sense of someone following him lingered, but the longer it was there, the more comfortable he felt with it. Strangely, Sol never bothered to look behind himself.

TIIIIIIIME WAAAAARP

"I'm very feisty, thunderthighs." she said. She began to hover a bit, making direct eye contact. While the Witch was taller...Zion bowed to no one. "Yes, we can." She purred back at the sultry tone. "First names are fun, Lucy..." The Goddess let the Witch speak, laughing softly. "Yes, a much more dignified fate indeed. Much more dignified than your...mate." Zion smirked, and moved closer, one hand resting on the swaying hip, making sure it stopped the sway.

"Of course...if you'd rather be slayed somewhere more comfortable, I'm flexible when you come quietly." She was mere inches away, looking right into Lucia's eyes. "Unless you prefer it loud and messy?"

I swear I might get in trouble for the double entrendes.

(I come in to cafe dates trips and lots of dirty talk, so, uh... I'm just going to jump in with my own thing for now I guess. ._.)

Rose - Kalace, Liethe

Rose waited patiently behind a counter, listening to the sounds of machines whirring and hammers pounding. The building she was currently in was typically used for creating various high-tech gadgets and special armor, although her request had been a little odd. The armor designs here in Liethe were interesting to Rose. All of the special technology from here led to incredibly durable clothing and very interesting designs. However, she found it to be a bit too extravagant for her tastes. Perhaps the people here would say the same about the clothing from Rinde, but to her, that was normal and comforting. The advantages that came from Liethe's technology, however, were still enticing to her, which led to her odd request.

Within a few moments, a burly man walked over from the other side of the counter, carrying a set of armor. "Here you go, ma'am! It's not a style I'm used to making, but it's made from all the materials you requested. The dangers of Liethe won't ever get in your way with this!" He passed the armor to Rose, who found it to be surprisingly lighter than she'd expected. "Just let me know if you need any maintenance! Same goes for that sword of yours there."

"Thank you, sir. I'll be sure to come back if I need your help," she nodded in appreciation. She glanced over at the sheathe strapped to her back; it was a little strange carrying Anima around when she was in her more casual green clothes, but she felt safe carrying it around. She left the building and rushed to the inn she had been staying at, excited to try her new armor on.

Once she was completely decked out in all of her new equipment, she had to take a moment to admire it in the mirror. She'd had Anima for a couple years now, but having high-tech armor to go along with it was something she'd wanted for a long time. It looked a lot like the armor that the guards at her old village had worn, too. It felt bittersweet now looking a lot like them, but it was the best way she could think to honor the soldiers who had lost their lives trying to defend her home. Once she felt as though she'd spent enough time looking, she decided to head out to the streets. She had to get ready to see that discovery, after all.

Walking the streets of Kalace always made Rose feel excited. It was such a huge city, and while it was perhaps a little too technologically focused for her liking, it still offered plenty of fantastic sights. She was sure she could find some subject to draw while she passed the time for the big reveal. Her love of discover had led her here once more when she heard news of a special discovery that had been made; she knew that whatever it was, she had to see it. Rose eventually came to the Basque; the huge stadium was always one of her favorite places to visit in Kalace, and she realized she'd never really spent time drawing it, or anything else in the city for that matter. She took a seat on a bench across from the Basque and pulled her sketchbook and a pencil out of a leather sack she carried along with her sword's sheathe. Once she removed her gloves and turned to a page, she got to work: the crowds of people walking through the streets beneath the massive building gave her plenty to work with. There were three strange people, two of which were dressed like they came from a costume party, seemingly fighting in front of it, but she drowned out the noise and focused on her art. Getting involved in little arguments such as theirs had led to some trouble in the past, so she decided to try ignoring it for now.

Yuna goes inside of the Café, amazed by it appearance. As she goes to one of the chair (the one with the a loose leg), she about to sit down, but instead, she decided not to and sits on the another chair.

Corvus goes to Yuna and takes a small notebook. "Hi there. Welcome To the Café. May I take your order?" He asked.

Yuna looks at him and nods. "Can I have Cappuccino, please?"

Corvus nods as he writes it down. "Sure thing. Be back in a bit." He goes back to the cashier counter.

=Dalian, on the way to the cafe=

The next morning, despite waking up late, Dalian was on her way to the cafe. It is where she usually stops before heading to 'work'. She parked her bike outside, chaining it up so nobody could steal it, and headed inside. Yawning and sitting down, a worker tending to her. Dalian always got the same thing. A glazed donut with sprinkles, and a frappe covered in whipped creme and chocolate drizzle. How she wasn't fat, the world may never know.

Biting into her donut, Dalian let herself look around.

Just a Toria and some other people. Casual day. And honestly too early for her to be waking up.

~Iris- Some Apartment, Kalace~

Iris let out a a quiet hum, as she brushed her hair, and stared at her reflection with a satisfied smile. Once she finished, she put the brush back where she found it, before grabbing some makeup, and applying it. She smiled and puckered her lips, before she strolled back into the bedroom, where a Toria girl, a year or so younger than her was just waking up, her black cat ears twitching slightly. Iris smiled at her, and moved over to the bed, before sitting down, and reaching for her blouse, which had been thrown off last night.

"Hello Iris, how did you sleep?" The young Toria asked sweetly, Iris let out a slight chuckle, as she pulled on her blouse.

"I slept amazing, last night was just what I needed... Um..." Iris stopped, unable to recall the girls name, this happened more often than she'd like to admit.

"Katie. You said it was cute."

"You are very cute Kathy." Iris said, only have paid the slimmest bit of attention, she didn't particularly care for the girls name, she was done here, and would most likely never see her again. Iris finished buttoning up her blouse before she pulled on her various pieces of jewlery, she stood up, and went over to her skirt pulling it on as the young Toria girl watched her.

"Why are you getting dressed?"

"Because I'm leaving..." Iris told her simply, the girl's eyes widened in surprise.

"But I thought you said we would spend the day together?"

"I did say that, right... But, I'm not feeling it right now." Iris told her simply, the girl just stammered, cheeks turning red.

"Was it because I was... bad? It was my first time, and I-"

"I was your first? Nice, that's another one." Iris said happily to herself, the young Toria girl blushed hotly even further, as she looked at Iris with hurt in her eyes.

"A-another one? But you said you loved me!" The girl said, on the verge of tears, Iris simply gave her a slight smirk, with a condescending look.

"People say all sorts of stupid things during sex Callie. Anyway I gotta go, but thank you for last night." Iris said, the girl tried to stammer out a response, but Iris was gone before she could say a word. Iris moved through the apartment, grabbing an apple as she passed, along with some currency left under a note on the counter marked 'Rent', before she left the apartment entirely, skipping all the way, as she munched on her apple. She made it out onto the street, and smiled at seeing all the people, and places. New places were always fun, because they meant new people, new girls for her to meet. She giggled to herself as she made her way down the street.

Sol, Downtown Kalace

------------------------------

Sol's pocket buzzed vigorously; the city's broadcast displayed a message on the screen: NEW! EVENT hosted by Kalace University beginning in -15- minutes! Reserve your FREE viewing!"

Crap! I'm gonna miss the front row seats! Sol thought, hurriedly sprinting back towards the Baroque.

Droves of people gathered around the center, ushered in by a couple police. Among them, Sol recognized Prune and Bruce, and of course, their loud and rambunctious ushering created an uproar.

"You're not fooling anybody, Miss!" Prune said, drawing out the words and skepticism in his face. "Oh, I know you're type! It's them tall, skinny types, ain't it?"

"Hi!" Bruce commented, waving at the lady. The woman roller her eyes and walked straight past Prune and Bruce. Yelling at the top of his lungs, Prune bellowed "NEEEEEXXXTT!" As people began filing in.

Yuna finished her cappuccino and goes to the cashier counter, giving Corvus the money. Corvus smiles as he received her money. "Thank you. Have a nice day." He said. Yuna giggles a bit as she nods to him and waves at him.

~within the Flower Shop and leaving The shop, Yuna~

As she left the Café, she then goes to the Flower Shop for a couple of minutes, amazed by many different types of flowers. Her tail was wiggling in excitement as she looks at the Flower, smelling them and touches the petals gently. She brought a couple of flowers and left the shop. After that, she decided to go the Baroque.

~stil working at the Café, Corvus~

As Corvus put the money into the cashier, a customer in a business suit come in the Café and sits down. Unfortunately, he picked the chair with the loose leg as the leg fell off and customer fall down. Corvus rushed towards him and helping him. "Hey, are you alright?!"

Rose - Kalace, Liethe

After a while, Rose had finished her little sketch; around that same time, a lot of people seemed to be looking at their phones. Is it time to start? She thought to herself as she found her own in the sack she carried around; it was another sort of impulse-buy she made in Liethe, especially since the merchant told her that everyone needed to have one. He seemed surprised that they weren't very widespread in Rinde, but he told her that it had to start with someone. She skimmed over the message on the screen and immediately grinned. "Alright!" She jumped up to her feet and put her drawing supplies and phone away. While she was usually calm and collected, she had trouble holding back her excitement when it came to the idea of seeing something new. She went off on her way to the Baroque, hoping to get the best seat she could before the whole city would be piled in.

She was surprised to see such a huge crowd amassed at the Baroque so soon; she'd gotten there rather quickly after the text was sent out, but there was already a long line of people waiting to get in. "I suppose I should have expected this in such a large city," she sighed as she filed into the long line. She could hear all the chatter from far away, but hoped it was just the usual noise of the city. Either way, it looked like she might be waiting for a while just to get inside.

=Dalian, headed to Baroque=

After Dalian's smartphone buzzed in her back pocket, she pulled it out, just glancing at it. It was time.
"Can I get this to go please?" she asked a worker, and in a little bit she was on her way out of the cafe, unchaining her bike while biting down into her donut.

She then started on her way to Baroque. Finishing her dounut and setting her bike to the side, she went to the line. She should have gotten here sooner...

~Heading Baroque, Kalace~

As Yuna finally made it to the Baroque, she was surprised as she sees a huge line of people. "Holy cow..." she said. After she gets in line, she saw two police officers (Prune and Bruce), one of them yelling the word 'next'. "They're very.... interesting, I guess." She said herself. Feeling a bit uncomfortable with those two, well, mostly Prune.

Inside the Café, Corvus

-------------------------------

The man rose without a word and without a flinch with Corvus' help. At a glance, he seemed nothing more than a blind man. He was barely able to sit down in the chair after his fall. However a closer look at his elbow and neck revealed some scratches against the skin - a metal covering showed beneath its skin.

Whether or not Corvus was afraid, the machine sensed his discomfort. The machine whirred to life, as all of its eyes began to emanate a bright red glow. The fingers bent behind the palm of its hand, transforming into a gun nose... and pointed right at Corvus' face!

-------------------------

Within the Baroque

-------------------------

The Baroque was an extremely extravagant building, hosting a modern glass structure, beautiful prism-shaped ornaments and lights, and marble floors that shined brightly. Research laboratories, entertainment centers, tourist shops, and a surprisingly conservative layout to host all of it. Straight from the entrance was the Baroque's well-known auditorium, which hosted tens of thousands. Sol walked straight ahead after finally getting through the nagging cops ("Hey look, Bruce! It's the smartass again! Got a new crime to stop now?""I think so, Prune. He's pretty smart."). For a moment, he inhaled the air - the fresh scent reminded him of years ago, when he'd come as a child. Sol had come to the Baroque plenty of times - and every time was breathtaking.

"This way! Line em up!" another cop ushered the crowd straight down, towards the Baroque Auditorium. The wall towards the Baroque displayed the Hall of Fame of brilliant scientists. It was a great feeling to be walking between the walls of brilliance, to Sol. Unfortunately, all of their Gifts allowed them to excel in their fields. Sol would never have that privilege.

-------

As the crowd settled in the auditorium, people began to calm. A man stepped up, and a holographic podium fizzed to life. The man looked to the left and right of the crowd, and began:

"Years ago, I sat like you in the crowd, eager and estatic to sit where you are. I was so proud of my city, of my world, to make it where we are today. It is unbelievable how far we've come.  It gives me great pleasure to present to you the next level of science. We've learned to use the power of the planet years ago to help the city you see become what it is today. And now, we've yet again, broken the barriers of science."

The podium dissipated, transforming into an earpiece on the speaker as he walked to the side of the stage. A burst of light revealed a strange sort of contraption, a blue light running through a cube-like rock.

"This, ladies and gentlemen, is Cors. It is no man-made machine; this is true material extracted from the planet. It is only one of its kind, and may be a link to the planet's secrets." The presenter grinned in excitement. "With this discovery, we can finally understand Sectilis at an unprecedented level! Time! Evolution! Even the land of the Gods may become a more reachable expidition! Our team is still are discovering what the Cors is. But with it, we may one day-"

The speaker was cut off by the shattering of the roof of the Baroque. People scattered in a frenzy; people in the crowd's eyes turned red, and started swinging at each other. Gunshots sounded and commotion flooded the halls of the Baroque.

Chaos... Had begun.

------

"The hell is going on?!" Sol rushed out of the Baroque, to find two mechanical soldiers barreling towards him. He activated his Ring, and a burst of light exploded and reformed into the glowing image of an ordinary sword, with a rounded bell guard and double edge. Sol activated his Gift, then charged at the soldiers, slashing at their feet, and kicking them aside, looking to assist the people escaping the Baroque. Yuna! he thought, Yuna must somewhere around. Dammit, I can't hold out alone! I need help! Sol continued to bash the remaining machines surrounding the entrance of the Baroque. small so ider-like mecha pushed their way through, large eagle and Raven-like machines raided from the air, and wolf and humanoid machines pressed a frontal assault. Cops shot to no avail towards the machines, as they were chopped down easily.

=Dalian, Baroque=

The speaker introduced a beautiful machine. Really unlike any machine she has ever seen before. With her technology manipulation, she could help figure out what Cors is! At least that is what she thought. Her thought was interrupted. By nothing other than gunshots.

"F**k" Dalian said aloud, ducking down immediately.

She needed to get out.

Rushing towards the exit, and was blocked by a shoulder who grabbed her by her jacket. It was mechanical. Wait. It was mechanical!!

"This is a little dangerous but..." Dalian gripped onto the machines arm, smirking and then short circuiting it.

The machine powered down, and Dalian detached the machines arm.

"I will hit someone with this if I have to." she threatened to literally nobody.

She started running out again, managing to get outside.

"Need to get to the hideout. Whether it is done or not." Dalian declared to herself, making a long sigh.

Dalian grabbed her bike, and started peddling off. She would still hit someone if someone stood in her way.

As The speaker introduced A machine called Cors, Yuna was impressed, wondering what does it do. During the speech, something terrible has happened, some of the people begin to attack the others, swinging their weapons and shooting at them. Yuna was scared as she ran away with the crowd. However, someone pushed her panicky, made her fall down to the ground.

Corvus noticed something wrong with the man as getting one of his guns under the cashier counter. As the man aimed a what appears to be a gun nose on his plam of his hand, Corvus move away from him and gets his other gun. He begin to shoot at him. "Everyone, get out of the Café! Hurry!"

Rose - Kalace, Liethe

Rose was fascinated by the Cors. The fact that it could help in making so many new discoveries made her excited; the trip all the way out to Kalace was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, she didn't have much time to admire it thanks to a sudden invasion. In an instant, battles sprung up throughout the stadium. "What happened?!" She cried out as she drew Anima from its sheathe. The blade began to glow bright green as she lifted it up above her; ordinarily, to use her healing powers, she would need to place a hand over the injured person. However, her sword served to amplify her powers over a wider range, though its effects were diminished. Being far away from any real untouched areas of nature also diminished the effects, but she hoped that this could help anyone in her immediate vicinity get out safely. She glanced around the stadium; her main priority right now was to help anyone who was having trouble getting out. "It's a good thing I finally got that new suit of armor today... I guess I'll need it," she muttered as she ran through the crowd. She spotted two of the mechanical soldiers moving in on a defenseless couple. Here we go... She raised her blade and let out a loud battle-cry as she charged towards the soldiers. They turned and pointed their guns at her, but her armor managed to repel any serious damage that their bullets would cause. She closed in on the two and swung her blade, slashing through the two robots fairly quickly. "You two can go now. Be careful for any more of them," she warned the couple before going to find more people to help.

Rose pulled back to the entrance to help anyone who was still in the process of escaping; it looked like there were others helping to cut down the ones that had already infiltrated the stadium, but she realized there could be a lot more outside than there were inside. On her way, she found someone who seemed to be struggling against the robots (Sol). Rose cut down one of the robots that was targeting the man; he looked like a capable fighter as well, but the sheer number of robots seemed to be pushing him to his limits. "Are you doing okay? I can heal you if you need it," she informed the man as she fended off a blade-wielding robot. The two traded blows as Rose tried to gain the upper hand, and she eventually found an opening and cleaved it in two.

 - Hanz Artors - Kalace - Time to obliterate -

Hin, Hanz's pet bird was sitting beside one of the baroque's glass windows, perched up, having full view of the stand, crowd, and everything else, could see the security officers all lined up nicely to offer 'protection'. Tapping into the bird's vision was easy for Hanz, as he spied on them all from there. Hanz himself was sitting lazily on a chair on top of a building, with his fedora covering his face, he was relaxing, almost sleeping, too bad he couldn't tap into the bird's vision while asleep.

However, while he was enjoying watching all of that, the moment he saw Cors, he knew something was about to go wrong, he could not put a finger or much of a thought on it, but he had a hunch...and his hunches were usually right.

And he WAS right, shit did go down, not only did the roof shatter but people started going insane. This was bad. Ordering Hin to quickly get the hell out of there as it flew away amidts the commotion. Hanz quickly jumped off the building he was on, phasing into nothingness to not suffer any damage landing on the ground. His longcoat dancing in the wind and chaos, as he began to walk towards the Baroque in a fast, tough looking walk.

Meanwhile as Rose had slashed a robot in half, her back was exposed to a sword wielding one, however before it could take a swing at her back, Hin lunged at it, its magical strenght allowed it to cut right through the robot's chest, its beautiful shimmering white void wings in full splendor as it simply kept flying back to Hanz. Who was not far.

Meanwhile Hanz walked he was jumped at by two robots, both of which attacked him in unison, Hanz's move? He phased right through their attacks,, as they attacked him from opposite sides and attacked him, the robots hit one another, as they staggered back Hanz created a small orb in his left hand and simply threw it behind him like trash, causing a void-like explosions which disintegrated both the robots, as Hanz simply kept on walking, not even looking at the explosion. Adjusting his hat as he did so.

Cool guys don't look at explosions after all.

Sol tried to protect those inside, but people were making a break for the exit of the Baroque. He even saw a girl hi tail it out of the place on her bike. He couldn't blame anyone.

Another mecha lunged at Sol, and caught him off guard. He deflected two sword swipes with a backhanded twist, but was shot in the chest by the mecha's hand-gun. The mecha kicked Sol, then prepared to swing its sword down, but he was saved by a woman, who after tussling with it, sliced the mecha in two.

Trying to catch his breath, Sol panted "You're a life saver... I could use the healing."

Taking a glance behind The woman revealed another person, who came out of nowhere with an... Awesome Gift. Quite the show off. But he was more relieved than anything to have more people in the fray.

Rose was relieved to see that the man she had saved was okay, but before she could do anything to heal him, another person showed up to join in the fight. However, he seemed much more reckless, tossing magic orbs around and causing numerous explosions. "Hey, be careful! There are still people evacuating, we should avoid doing any risky attacks that could hurt them, too," she warned the man, but he seemed to be walking off anyway. She gave a sigh and directed her attention back towards the man she'd saved. "Okay. This shouldn't take long." She placed a hand on his shoulder and it began to glow; after a few seconds, she lifted her hand.

"You should be healed now, but you might still be a little exhausted." She looked back towards the ongoing battles. "If you're having trouble keeping up, it might be best for you to go home now. This isn't going to be an easy battle," she warned Sol.

"Home? I don't think so!" Sol gestured to the sheer army of bots Kalace "These guys are all over downtown!"

Slamming another mechanical robot to the ground, the Sol asked "Do you two.. Happen to think it's strange that they seem to be targeting the Baroque?"
