In order to help commemorate the new year, Square Enix has released some new wallpapers for everyone to enjoy onto their computers. I hope we get some actual artwork of the cast or some of the characters drawn by Tetsuya Nomura, a promotional piece would be great. blue490246 43 Posted January 3, 2017 Not to sound too cynical but this is no doubt a way for people to keep KH2.8 top of mind until the release date amidst all the other distractions going on in January, especially in Japan. These wallpapers, if I'm not mistaken, are also a re-hash of the PS4 theme they're giving out with the 2.8 release. I, for one, am already distracted by the comeback of the Blue Exorcist anime for the Kyoto arc and the release of ONE OK ROCK's new album, for which the Japanese release clashes with KH on the 11th. Not that any of these are particularly in direct combat with KH from a video game perspective, but are still media distractions nonetheless and take up people's time that could have been used towards playing KH2.8. There's also the Nintendo Switch announcement on January 12th with Mario Kart 8 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild...
