Definetly 1.5+2.5.

 

For many many many years, the struggle of having to go through multiple consoles to play the full KH series was rectified with 1.5 and 2.5 being released for the PS3, and even when that problem looked like it was going to be repeated yet again when we realized that KHIII would be current-gen exclusive, Squeenix came through again by announcing that we could play those same collections alongside KHIII on the PS4.

 

Truly, all is right in the worlds.

I wanted to say those 2.8 trailers 1.5+2.5 coming to the PS4 but--

 

UX coming to NA and Europe, because I feel like this is the biggest thing ever. The browser game X[chi] was only available to Japan for three years, and they had UX to boot.

 

By some folks some of you and others outside of KH13 had the guts to play it, despite it's in Japanese, you guys inspired me to play it, as much I've only played it for 10 months. Lol Not only that. It showed Square Enix that we were very passionate of playing X[chi].

Definitely the 2.8 trailers and 0.2's opening! The hype for the game grew with each passing trailer, and when 0.2's opening came around, it definitely cemented our excitement for this awesome game! And to think that we'll have this game in just a few weeks is just amazing! So yeah, while this year was pretty awesome regarding Kingdom Hearts news, the whole promotional campaign for 2.8 was definitely the thing that kept me excited the most!

 

A close second would be Unchained X, since that game provides lots of context in terms to the age of Fairy Tales mentioned so much in the Kingdom Hearts series! Plus, it's a blast to play!

And no that's not me being a dickish hater.The KH3 screenshots were cool but not enough to make me go ERMAGAWHD HYPE BEST THING EVAH

 

And I hated the fact that both Chi\Unchained X and 2.8 are actual things that existed for reasons I've stated before on other threads

 

Also,didn't know that the face of a character we know is an exciting news especially when it's not the first time we see high definition shots of her face through all the CG openings and promo artwork she was featured in

The 1.5+2.5 bundle was exciting and those KH3 screenshots were cool. This has been a good year for the series tbh, not as good as 2015 but this year was still great. This year is going to be fricking awesome!!!
