Dave 5,715 Posted December 17, 2016 The part missing from the comic is how, after making that diagram, Marvel keeps using it again. And again. And again. And again. And again as long as it keeps printing money. DC's blender might be messy and ambiguous in how well it tastes, but I will keep commending them for at least trying something with their formulas and characters. DC's blender might be messy and ambiguous in how well it tastes, but I will keep commending them for at least trying something with their formulas and characters. They're not even all that similar to each other. Compare the first Captain America movie to Guardians. Still, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Something DC should have realized a loooooong time ago. The Transcendent Key 12,109 Posted December 18, 2016 Yep, you're right about that, Firaga! I mean, I'm not against DC or anything, because I like DC's characters too, but I know more about Marvel than I do DC, ya know? What I know is from the info I get from my best friend/soul brother Jonathan, who's a huge DC fan, and I give him tons of Marvel info, as I'm a huge Marvel fan! We complement each other, ya know? X3 But to the point, Marvel has taken their time to build their Cinematic Universe, they've done extensive world building and ensured that proper care is taken of their characters, and that has proven to be a smashing success that numerous movie studios now want to replicate! For the DC Extended Universe, I hope that it ends up being something great as well, but the people over at Warner Bros. are rushing things too much, bringing in characters way too soon without bothering to give any world building and development like Marvel's films have, ya know? But well, let's see what happens! That comic was hilarious, though!
