If you have a bookstore within reasonable travelling distance that sells them direct but it's not in stock, you could try and ask them to order them for you (you still have to pay said bookstore's retail price once it comes in, of course, but I generally find it cheaper [if slower] than buying it direct and paying for shipping on top of that [no free shipping for me cause 'straya, where everything is exorbitantly expensive!).
