This rumor also states that zelda breath of the wild is going to get a summer 2017 release. What do you guys think about it? Are you happy about the possibility that the wii u and nx versions of the game may get a demo when the NX launches in march? I sure am! :)

also, I find this post on twitter interesting https://twitter.com/Mufcdiver/status/800467107909660672

It contradicts the release date from the rumor

get hyped! :) If we get lucky, we may actually get an offical release date for both versions of the game.

A hour or close to it would be nice, and official announcement on a demo would be nice to. Maybe not the e3 demo cause that's proably to huge for memory space on a wiiu but just a smaller demo where you can play some shrines or something

Oh my goddesses of the triforce

THERE ARE ACTUALLY OTHER PEOPLE IN THE GAME!!

(can we kill and eat them too? jk)

Up to now we've just been shown fields devoid of other lifeforms other than killable and eatable creatures

That trailer was really good! The music is pretty good too and it different to the silent-piano treatment that we've been getting

I'm glad to see a town with people,Skyward Sword didn't have any town for some reason beside Skyloft and its great to see some cutscenes,I don't need a huge story but exploring an open world without any cutscenes could get boring after a while

Here's a framerate comparison of the wii u and Nintendo switch versions of zelda breath of the wild.

as you can see, the nintendo switch version runs considerably better then the wii u version. In the wii u version the framerate drops about to a half of its original rate when a barrel explodes while the nintendo switch version handles the explosion pretty well.

This isn't too surprising to me.  I feel like this happens with a lot of new games that are coming out for the older and newer version of the console.  It seems that the game is really meant to keep up with the specs of the newer console, so you have to compensate some of the quality and clarity if you purchase it on the older system.  I'm probably going to get the Switch when I get Breath of the Wild, but I haven't decided for sure yet.  It depends on how financially sound I am when the game comes out. :D
