I personally think its going to tie into the KH3 intro video, with him picking up master defender and then reaching out into the water aqua and then que flashy intro with amazing cgi. and this here Flaming Lea, I remember the days when everyone counted on you for info.

Until the game comes out, I'm not taking anything into the canon of KHIII. Most of it is just stuff to make us all super hyped (and it's working) but I have doubt that stuff like Sora picking up Eraqus' Keyblade will actually be in the game.

I agree that the scene is not apart of KHIII... But remember 0.2 was a small part taken out. So what if they decided to use that part with the Master's Defender as the final moment that leads Sora to rescuing Aqua from the Realm of Darkness with the Door to Light.
