KH2 used to be my favorite for quite some time. But then I played KH2 Final Mix!

So yeah, that's my favorite now, I love all the new feautures that were added to it.

I'm pretty sure Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix is objectively the best game in the series.

now it's KH2FM.

 

although KH1 is a close second. i enjoy it for being one of those games that feel like a classic Resident Evil game, where you can play it over and over and eventually memorize every sequence and breeze through it like a pro. you learn all the shortcuts and secrets, etc. KH1 feels like a very tight experience.

Birth By Sleep used to be my favorite KH game,but now its KH2FM(or KH2.5)because I prefer playing as Sora alone then having 3 playable characters,the world of KH2 are more interesting to explore and the boss battle are more fun in KH2.The super bosses of KH2 are much more enjoyable to fight,I was able to figure out their patterns and beat them,but in Birth ny Sleep I had to look up on the Internet how to beat the Super bosses and even then they are not even fun to fight

Kingdom Hearts 1 is and has always been my favorite game in the series, but as I've gotten older I'm actually more partial to Dream Drop. We'll have to see if it holds up when 2.8 comes out.

For me KH2FM used to be my favorite game in the series. 

 

Now it has to be KH1FM. It had several qualities to it which made it unique and it kind of hurts me to say that other entries have kind of lost these qualities.

KH2 always stayed as the number one on my list but then I also had the chance to play KH2FM which was awesome and even better. However I just have a feeling that KH3 will take over that position in the future as my favourite one.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days will always be my favorite. The gameplay sucks but that story is awesome. The Organization XIII are the most awesome group of characters I've ever seen in games. They are so deep! And they have no heart! How come?

 

Once I read that Nomura wanted to remake it for PS3 a long time ago but he has not done it 'cause he would have to postpone the new entries of the series. Man, that's something I will always dream with. Somethings are better to remain unsaid.

I'm boring: Days has been my favorite since I first played it, and also stands as my favorite manga in the series. 

KH 1 ties with it, but that's off topic.

DDD is my favorite i always wanted to play it cuz its COOL and this time sora and riku uses command decks and BBS 0.2 Is pretty awesome too well both of these is my fav

Although KH2FM and BbSFM are extremely fun to play, due to the overly fun hack 'n' slash mechanics and all the additional stuff the games has to present, the plots are awkwardly composed. My favorite KH game is and probably always will KH1. Or KH1FM seeing as it's just KH1 plus even more awesome stuff! KH1 has a great story, some of my favorite worlds and a lot of really great tracks. The nostalgia factor is a big reason for why it scores above all else but I just can't deny that. It doesn't present equally as much extras as KH2FM and BbSFM does but it has its own fair amount of extras too. And all the additional side-quests, mini-games, and extra bosses in this game is really good! So KH1FM my favorite game to playthrough over and over again without growing bored, while KH2FM and BbSFM are great games to play once you've beaten them I would say. KH1, hands down. Always.

Exactly! Plus, it was practically the only KH game today which properly made the Disney Worlds (and by extension the Disney Villains) more relevant and less fillery. Which of course keeps players like myself more engaged and interested in the worlds.

I really loved all of the games, but I guess I always felt stuck between KH2 FM and BbS FM. But at this point all of the ReMIXes are my favorites, despite the fact that only 2/3 of their content is playable.

I think there was a very short time when KHII and Days were my favorite (Funny to think there was a time that I loved Days that much), but aside from then, it's pretty much always been KHI. The original version, not Final Mix with its new content that was just boring filler sidequests and a boss fight with a really irritating gimmick. It's simple, but I think that at the same time, it has a lot of depth to it. I feel a lot more involved in it than I do in the other games since the slower, shorter combos mean I have to time attacks carefully and move around a lot more. I also love its sense of adventure and discovery. It's hands-down one of the best games I've ever played.
