Shulk 8,623 Posted September 30, 2016 https://youtu.be/hlh4jKv184E As someone whose first Pokemon game (and first game that I ever really got into) was Pokemon Silver... this was a great one. A bit disappointed that they went with Ethan over Gold for the protagonist design (I make that distinction way more than I probably should but I prefer his original G/S/C design over his HG/SS redesign by far), but at least I got to see some form of my favorite protagonist in the series! Of course, Lance was the main attraction here, and he was incredible. His Dragonite was really powerful. I loved the scene with all the Electrodes escaping, too. VisitJoan 2,713 Posted September 30, 2016 Well I'm just used to Pikachu's look in the more recent seasons of the anime so yeah Haven't read any Pokemon mangas and have only played first three generations so far. Shulk 8,623 Posted October 7, 2016 Two episodes came out today! More Johto love is always a good thing in my book! Silver and Looker are two of my favorite characters in the series (maybe even my absolute favorites), so seeing them interact was nice. I really liked to see where Silver's initial view of the world came from, too. It really helped to round out his character. As for the second episode, seeing the legend of the Burnt Tower be expanded upon was also really nice. It helped to explain why those three Pokemon are so elusive.
