Well look we saw in the 2.8 trailer Aqua finds Ventus in the casket, calling  it now she will kiss him and he will wake up and they will be happy but it turns out this Ventus is just a fake one made up cause she's insane and that's why she decides to lie down and die before Mickey comes to save her.

Two things aren't right here.

 

In first place, I can imagine Ventus playing a princess' role, but Aqua can't play the prince role.

 

In second place, your member title is anything but original.

It's odd that he's in Dwarf Woodlands and not Enchanted Dominion, just because that's where they met up again and Aurora was also put under a sleeping curse just like Snow White.

Well Aqua only saw Snow White sleeping and Ven is also in a sleeping state, so she is probably connecting the two.

They better kiss in that scene. Otherwise, from that point on, I will refuse to play the rest of the game, & any devotion I have with KH3 will be broken unfixable, not even Sora himself could convince me to change my mind. In other words, I will think KH will be a joke if Ven & Aqua don't kiss. So, I am full-on expecting Ven x Aqua.

I don't know but seeing Ventus in that casket lends to some questions. However the real Ventus is still sleeping in the Chamber of Waking in Castle Oblivion so Aqua seeing Ventus sleeping in a fragmented version of Dwarf Woodlands might be fake and it's playing with Aqua's mind. But I'm very excited to play this game and whatever happens I still ship Ventus x Aqua. And yes I know they are friends but I don't care if they are friends because I like the ship. Lol!

Seems no one brought up the age gap, Aqua's clearly somewhat older than Ven even though they're friends the way Aqua and Terra spoke to Ven in BBS made it clear they were older than him and have more of a younger brother relationship.
