I feel like this might be a quirk of the site design as opposed to actual confirmation of DLC in the game. I'm not sure what kind of DLC could even be tacked on to this. Maybe supplemental Back Cover chapters as the game has new seasons with new story?

Oh shit, so... we'd have to wait for Unchained to be updated to get to watch more in Backcover?... that sounds ridiculous

Behold, the future of KH, no more Re:s or Final Mixes, but DLCs galore!

I´m pretty sure the DLC will be something not really that special.

In Japan, most game sites usually have a DLC section for, well, DLC extras, but also first press bonuses (in the form of DLCs, like bonus items, costumes, etc.) and store bonuses - like which stores you purchase the game from will give you different DLCs. It's likely that's what it is since it's also marked "Special" / DLC.

KH has never done this before, but based on the Japanese market, DLCs could be anything from an extra storyline to simply a new skin / costumes for characters.

I always thought that they would release Kingdom Hearts 3 in 2017, I suppose that's a little more unlikely now seeing as I don't think they have ever released two games within the same year

If there actually are DLC's, then I will officially kill a tree, then there will be less oxygen in the world.

Seriously though, it would be annoying as hell if I had to buy more content. I mean, I would buy it, but it wouldn't be as pleasing. If I buy a game, I want the full experience, I don't want to buy anything else then that I already bought.

Hmm, this is interesting...but we shouldn't jump to any conclusions yet...we should just wait and see for what happens!

But, if this does end up meaning that 2.8 will be getting DLC, then I'll obviously buy it, because shucks, this is Kingdom Hearts!  But let's not jump into conclusions yet!
