Lastly, here are the title screen opening movie and the tutorial opening movie for Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ:

Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ is a port of the Japan exclusive web browser game, Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] for iOS & Android devices. It is a free-to-play app with optional in-app-purchases. It has been confirmed for a release in North America, unfortunately there has been no announcement at this time of when it will release in English or other languages.

I would download it if I could change region to Japan on my Samsung Galaxy S4. Why does Square like to keep the English release date away from Japanese release. :(

Because the English version isn't done yet. Simple.

Then it's just a matter of translation. Hope it doesn't take too long. Never been this excited for a mobile game xD

Changing your region on the App Store apparently doesn't work, since every Square Enix mobile game is on there in the Japan region except for Unchained.

Maybe it's just not on it yet right? i find it weird that as you said all of the other Square games are on the store but not this one.

How can it not be on there yet when this clearly says it's now available?

Changing region on Google play doesn't work either. The link even says the game is not available in my country.Fixed it. I just had to keep tunnelbear on. I downloaded it.

I really hope we get this before the end of the year, but going by record keeper I don't think that's gonna happen

I think it will happen. We didn't get the Japan release date until last weekend and it's now.Granted we knew the release month, but that might as well have been nothing.

The only cool thing about this pointless game is this sketch.[/size]

People are still calling it pointless, even after the whole tome of prophecy thing?

How about we wait until the game is finished before we jump to conclusions?

For people that want to play this on their PC bluestacks Might work. Will try and find out if x86 android can boot it natively too. Just a couple of options. There is also arc welder for chrome that needs to be tested

KeybladeLordSora, you just don't know how to do it. Go into the app store with no account logged in (on a computer or in browser on phone, NOT the app) and go to the region of Japan. You'll go to that store and try to download a free Japanese app and when it asks you to log in, click create new account and then create a new one and it'll be registered in Japan. it worked for me and I can download the app when it comes out.

That sounds illegal.
