Amazon.co.jp has announced a release date of "April 22, 2013" for the six volume of the Kingdom Hearts II manga. While this has not yet been confirmed by Square Enix, it is is likely to be true since chapter 38 was released last year on October 12, 2012 in Monthly Shonen Gangan. Going through some of the earlier pages, it seems they're trying to squish in the Disney world travels into one "block" each (so to speak). They're structured really oddly, at least (eg. Xaldin being killed much earlier than in the actual game).
At the moment, the story path is as follows: Twilight Town 1 - Hollow Bastion 1 - Beast's Castle - Land of Dragons - Olympus Coliseum - Disney Castle/Timeless River - Agrabah - Twilight Town 2
My guess is that the rest will go on like so: Hollow Bastion 2 - (some order of Halloween Town/Port Royal/Atlantica/Pride Lands) - Hollow Bastion 3 - Twilight Town 3 - The World that Never Was
...I don't want to think about how long this is going to take.
(side note: I just hope they produce a 3D manga eventually...my god, that would be the best thing ever)
After they finish Kingdom Hearts II, I'm guessing they'll do Birth by Sleep and then coded/Re:coded.

Oh that is awesome! Kingdom Hearts 2 Manga continuation from Day 358. Hope it will be confirmed with Square Enix. For now, Chapter 38. Thank you again taime, catmaster0116 and corfidbizna for making our lives this much easier and spending the time to translate.
