I think Roxas meant Riku. I don't know...OR maybe he was referring to the keyblade(Why would you call a keyblade a "he" instead of a "it"?)(This literally means I don't know but it does have some guesses)..........

Roxas saw the pictures of Sora's friends (Riku,Kairi,Donald and Goofy) on the platform and understood that its because of them that Sora's heart is strong and full of light making him worthy enough to wield a keyblade. I'm not sure if that's 100% right but thats what all the best KH information sites say.

I always thought that he was talking about ATW choosing Sora and that he needed Roxas to return to Sora so he can have his power back. He chose Sora because he had a strong heart from his friends allowing him to connect with everyone he meets.

Roxas didn't say "Tell me why DID he pick you!" he only said "Tell me why he picked you!"

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~ I honestly think that Roxas was refering to Ven. I think somehow Roxas found out about Ven being inside Sora and asked why did Ven choose young Sora, of all people. Then (like people have said above) he saw all the pictures of Sora's friends and relized that it was because he had a strong heart. I think there is more depth in what Roxas said. Not just about the keyblade

I think Roxas was just clueless about things. He DID lose his memories.

I wouldn't say he was angry; in that tone of voice, he was just demanding to know. In his entire 1+ years of existence, he's never really gotten a straight answer to satisfy his questions. But now that he finally met Sora, that short battle gave him all the answers that he's been so badly wanting.
