From my understanding which is nubbish, yes. It's the reason Roxas looked like Ven so much. And I do believe that he had the small fraction of Ven's heart in him.

ven hearts stayed sora (thats why soras nobody looked like ven)and i think when roxas rejoined sora vens heart was free (not sure though)

Only Sora and Kairi's hearts were released. Ven's heart remained within Sora's body, and went on to become part of Roxas. Ven is still sleeping, and even if his heart did return to him, he'd continue to sleep because it's still incomplete.

Minimum spoiler alert below, this contains content from the secret ending.

In the secret ending it shows Sora on his Awakening Platform. He see's a heart floating towards him, and it is clear to the user that the heart is Ventus', as the words said by the heart are said by Ventus. Sora then takes in Ventus' heart, where it rests, and still rests. That's why Roxas looks like Ventus, but I'm not entirely sure why, that would be a question for Reversal to answer (Please do Reversal!). It however will most likely be released from Sora though in a future game to wake Ventus.

Pretty much. Well, Roxas can dual wield because the pain he felt through Xion's death had awakened Ven's Keyblade and the ability to use it within him. Roxas passed on that ability to Sora after they merged back together.

Half of ven's heart is with Sora that why he can use forms with 2 keyblades , same to Roxas have his other half heart thats why he use duel keyblades

No, that's not it. When Roxas and Sora were still separated, it was Roxas who had Ven's heart. At that time, the only part of himself that Sora retained was his heart, and he had obtained a body and soul through some other means (speculated to be Kairi's PoH powers). They didn't split an already fragmented heart into even more pieces. Once Roxas merged back with Sora, he passed on Ven's Keyblade and the dual wield ability. If you're referring to the Sora VS Roxas battle, then we already know that Sora and Roxas, due to their connection, can use the same Keyblade(s) at the same time.

It was my Understanding the Roxas had Vens heart, that's why he could feel emotions.

To tell you the truth, Ventus's heart actually went to Roxas, which is why in 357/2 days Roxas was able to feel emotion. Like in some scenes in the game you will see Roxas crying. That was all due to Ven's heart harboring inside Roxas, which is why Roxas looks like Ven.

It could be possible. We're not sure. But when Sora sacrificed himself to save Kairi, it is possible that Ven's heart was released into the body of Roxas. Because of Ven's heart within Roxas, it could be possible that Roxas originally looked like a different person, but then because of Ven's heart, Roxas' body form could've changed to look more like Ven instead of looking like a different person. And then if Ven's heart were in Roxas, that would explain why Roxas cried when Xion "died"
