Kingdom Hearts Mobile is a service released in Japan
for docomo mobile phones. It does not contain any developments to the overall
story of the Kingdom Hearts series, but instead is a portal where people can
play minigames or download ringtones, wallpapers and avatars related to the
Kingdom Hearts series.
Players of Kingdom Hearts Mobile browse through an area called the
"Avatar Kingdom", and explore different areas. In the Avatar Kingdom, each character
has a customizable avatar. This avatar can be altered with different outfits,
weapons and items. In the Avatar Kingdom, players can meet up with other players
and play minigames or do activities.
Areas
- "Kingdom Hearts coded": This is a castle that leads to
the Kingdom Hearts coded
website.
- "Event Hall": Here, players can connect with people from
their friends list, and participate in events.
- "Point Bank": This is a record area of all points and
Munny that have been received from playing minigames.
- "Mini Item Shop": Here, players can buy outfits for their
avatars.
- "Point Item Shop": Here, players can buy different clothes
and shoes for their avatars. This includes hair and facial features.
- "Mini Game Shop": Here, players can buy or unlock minigames.
- "Information Center": This area explains the features
of Kingdom Hearts Mobile to the player.
- "V Net Room": Here, the player can customize their profile
page, view their friends list, and send messages to people on their friends
list.
- "Point Melody Shop": Ringtones can be purchased here.
These ringtones are songs from the Kingdom Hearts series.
- "Point Art Gallery": Here, wallpapers, graphics and icons
can be purchased.
- "Awards Area": This area displays the player's personal
highscores.
- "Changing Area": Here, players can change the clothing,
items and design of their avatar.
Minigames
- "Magical Canvas": In this game, the player must fill
in or cross out squares, to find the correct combination. The game is arranged
into a grid, and a number along the sides tells the player how many squares
must be filled in for each row and column.
- "Pair Card Battle": The player chooses two from a group
of upside down cards. These cards are then revealed, and if they are a pair,
they are kept, and the Drive meter fills up. If not, they are flipped back
upside down, and the HP goes down.
- "Card Struggle": This is the same as Spider Solitaire,
but Kingdom Hearts themed.
- "Balloon Glider": The player controls Sora and Pooh as
they rise up the Hunny Tree in a balloon, and collect Hunny Orbs. If bees
attack you, then Pooh falls to the ground. Owl appears with big Hunny Orbs,
Piglet holds more balloons for Sora, and Tigger may pop some balloons.
- "Gummi Ship Studio": In this game, the player selects
colored blocks. If two block are together with the same color, then they
will disappear. Blocks fall if you remove the block under them, and can
only be removed if there are two or more of the same color together. If
any blocks are left behind, you lose the game. You progress to the next
level if all blocks are removed.
- "Card Struggle II": Players group the same numbered cards
together, and they are placed in the middle. Other players may place a card
down that is then higher than the top card in the pile.
- "Rhythm Parade": This is a rhythm action game with music
from the Kingdom Hearts series.
