Hello everyone, I have a question: Most of the Tier 1 medals are stuck to 21% when guilting and rerolling... Is iit normal? I used like 5 more medal (6star) to try to raise the guilt of Riku, but it stays at 21% May the chance of rising it lower after a certain %age ? (And then I am really unlucky ...) Thanks for any responses ^^'
