  1. Okay, so let me start by announcing that this is pure thought. I just thought of it this morning and thought it'd be a cool idea. Although I would be an extreme advocate, I neither volunteer nor do I even have the capability of pursuing such an enormous project.Greetings fellow Kingdom Hearts fans! So, I happened upon a video from Cynical (TheGamersJoint from YouTube) this morning entitled Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Re:Coded in HD (Gameplay). I've always been excited and desired an HD playable version of 358/2 Days, so I wanted to check it out. It was just the two games running on PC with a special program. But it got me thinking about an actual HD version. Like, on par with the PS3 capabilities. Now, hear me out. I know it'd take a lot of coding and an unpredictable amount of time, but think about it: We have the HD cutscenes from 358/2 Days. As well, if someone got into the code for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ or Re: Chain of Memories, they could conceivably hack the game to "play as" so and so characters. After that, it's just getting the code for the different rooms.I know this is way, way, WAY oversimplified, but I think it'd be a cool idea. What'd really be cool is an HD mission mode. Like, playing as the different organization characters, in HD? That'd be sick. Anyway, I think this is a cool idea. What do you guys think?
  2. Okay, You're talking about reading IT by Stephen King, right? You're telling me not to read it. If this isn't correct, please feel free to reply and explain. If this is correct, then what does that have to do with Dipper going to Taco Bell? I came here looking for a comedic picture of Taco Bell drawn in Gravity Falls Art-Style.
  3. For starters, PC stands for Personal Computer. I understood what you meant but you might as well say Macs aren't computers. Anyway, I hate Macs, so my biased opinion suggests that you buy Windows. And it works because your requirements for computers request that they are able to run PowerPoint. Go Microsoft for that. I'm not to familiar with Office for Mac, but it can't be better than it is for Windows. With Windows being my suggestion, other than that, you can't really go wrong with Windows. Just don't buy an Acer.
  4. 358/2 Days, I didn't like Re: Coded in the first place, it didn't need to be remembered. As for 358 Days though, there was a lack of fight scenes, I'll give it that, but the story was, not only better, but had ten times more impact on the story, and that's what everyone will be looking at in the HD ReMIXes.
  5. Okay, my reply to this topic is relatively belated, as a lot of people have answered this and you've replied to those comments. You've probably made your decision anyway, but I thought I'd like to comment on this, just to give my opinion. In summary, you're faced with the problem of deciding whether to pay to be at the college or live at home so you can save money, right? I understand that you want to make friends, and that your best friend has decided to go to a college which is quite a ways away. I am also in this kind of dilemma, but at a much smaller ratio. Regardless, I have decided to go to a community college, and my older pal is transferring over to a university. Now, enough with my petty problems, this is about you. Please disregard everything said previously and focus your attention to what I'm about to [type]. You see, whether you take liking to the perspective or not, I hold a colder point of view and say that you should save money rather than focus your attention on trying to make friends. Not to be harsh, but when you're done with college or they are, they're just another person to say good-bye to. Friends are cool, but they're just baggage. And don't worry about not making friends, you'll meet friends in places like the classroom or the hallways. If you stay at the college to work on your schoolwork, you're bound to make friends when you ask for help or are giving it. If you're really worried, participate in something like a study group or extra-curricular activities. So, yeah and . . . yeah. Just keep a cool head, don't freak out about it and you'll make friends in no time. Besides, could you imagine what would happen if you bought a dorm at the college and you didn't like your roommate?
  6. "...googling pictures of the Wayfinders..." Google's Lame, use Bing! :biggrin:Microsoft, for the win!
  7. Well, in the movie Tron: Legacy, The Grid is supposed to be destroyed after Sam leaves with Quorra and Flynn merges with CLU. However, In Kingdom Hearts 3D, Sora and Riku were still able to return to The Grid after the story has ended. Also, if Square really wanted to, they could just have the story take place on the pirate ship. Better than that, they could have something similar to Port Royale, or the Solar Sailor in Space Paranoids, in Kingdom Hearts II. You can be on one planet, decide to go to the other and enjoy a small battle on the way over there.
  8. I'm pretty sure that Kingdom Hearts 3D is the only game that makes you unlock critical. In the original Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+, I think critical was available from the start. I don't know about Birth by Sleep, though.
  9. Okay, so I'm starting this thread because I'm confused on the subject. I read elsewhere (I couldn't find anything on KH13) that the Warp/Warpinator Sleights help you get enemy cards. I'm sitting here playing Re: Chain of Memories right now and finding it quite aggravating not to get what is expected. So I have a few questions. First off, does the enemy card benefit only apply to the Black Fungi and White Mushroom?Secondly, is it better to have 99 room cards? Also, does the trick only work if I eliminate all but one heartless, in which case, should I stock Warpinator until the end?Lastly, does the warp/warpinator trick have a better success rate if I perform it in rooms like Almighty/Teeming Darkness? All answers would be appreciated, and if necessary, will be replied to, publically, in the requirement of extra clarification.Thank you.
  10. I don't have a backstory of how I was introduced to the game. If you knew me, you would find that I had a first life, whom I call v1.0 (or another name which shall not be mentioned currently, for I assume that there may be children among us, and I do not wish the term to be miscomprehended as condescending), and a second life, and that I do not enjoy remembering my first under any circumstances. Therefore, the only story about how I got into the Kingdom Hearts series will always be that I was born into a world where I had preset memory of what I liked and disliked. Further, my first taste of video games was my brother bringing v1.0's video game case to my hospital bed, and the first Kingdom Hearts game I had ever played was Kingdom Hearts II. Of course, let it be noted that this does not mean that it was my brother who succeeded in getting my attention set on Kingdom Hearts. The interest was there from the start, since creation.
  11. I'm pretty sure Birth by Sleep - Volume 2 was discontinued. As for the story about Aqua, I was thinking that a feature like the mementos section from 3D could be included in III, and show a scene where Riku meets up with Aqua in the Realm of Darkness. I have a strong suspicion that she sent him to Castle Oblivion, Aqua "created" Castle Oblivion anyway, right? The question of how Aqua/Riku/The King escaped The Realm of Darkness still has yet to be answered, and I highly anticipate those answers that Nomura most-likely already has in-mind.As for HD 2.5 ReMIX (Working Title, I'm sure), I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a "Blast-from-the-Past" thing. So if Volume 2 is even has the slight possibility to be made into a game, I wouldn't count on it's inclusion.
  12. The way I did it, was I had six rows of sonic blade sleights, then one sleight of Curaga, and one high potion with a card level of 8, one elixir with a card level of 8, and lastly, one megalixer with a card level of seven. The six sonic blade sleights were set up so that I could reload one extra time and get four more of the same sleight, then I used the cures and item cards as needed. It's easier to set up your deck like this when you have all sevens of many different kinds of attack cards, but I had eights and sixes scattered all over my deck. It still worked as all sonic blade though. My CP level was 600, if I remember correctly, but I only needed 572. I had my HP level maxed out, but I didn't need all my HP, Marluxia could hardly land an attack on me!Oh, but sonic blade doesn't work with Marluxia's specter. For that form, I suggest just berserk and hoping for the best. [smile, thumbs up] Besides, I don't think he often uses cards more than a card value of seven. If you use this strategy, I think you're pretty much good.
  13. Well, I wouldn't count Mirage Arena as an actual Kingdom Hearts World. Granted, it was in Birth by Sleep, but, it didn't have a story. I don't know, I suppose it could pass off as a world, but, be honest, would you rather have that, or the Door to Darkness be a world?I have previously thought of this, and think about it, if we had it this way, hypothetically speaking, we would be able to have Sora progress through the world a little, find Aqua (Because we all know that in the end, Sora will have to find Ven, Terra, and Aqua), progress a little further and find a world like the Mirage Arena, and have that be the World where you compete in tournaments. The world that I want the DTD to be is much like Olympus Coliseum from the first game. And about you're idea of Kingdom Hearts being an actual world, As far as I see it, Kingdom Hearts is the heart-shaped moon above the Keyblade Graveyard and/or The World That Never Was. Take it into concept for a minute. To have Kingdom Hearts be an actual separate world would imply that it stays separate from such said worlds. Meaning that there would be this giant Heart in the middle of thee World Map, Which I could be okay with. But when imagining this, you must also imagine The World That Never Was or the Keyblade Graveyard without a heart above it.You could also be talking about a world like Space Paranoids or, more well-known, 100 Acre Wood. Which would be cool, but I beleive it would subtract from the usual 13 Worlds. Aside from that, you must also imagine: What would the surface look like? To have Sora or Whoever run around a huge 3D heart-shaped moon. ' ,' Weird. Anyway, I hate to be a bother or to be more correct towards what I want to say, a pain , but these are things that must be taken into consideration when imagining such a "world."And, of course, any of us would be the ones to have influence on Kingdom Hearts' creation, but as to what everyone is saying about Disney worlds having to make it in Kingdom Hearts, I would like you to loan me your attention for a moment. (My apoligies if you don't like specifics, but I love to go into them, so I shall do so)In 11th Grade, I was asked to do my Junior Project, and was told that I could do it on almost anything. Although it was later changed, I was initially going to do it on the seven games for Kingdom Hearts. To give you a better idea of the time frame, Six games and the Seventh was announced.During my research, and this is the point I wanted to get to, I found that Square wanted to make a game as popular as Mario 64. That is when someone said that to make something as famous as that, someone would have to use characters as famous as Disney. That is when Nomura said, "I want to be a part of this." Kingdom Hearts was born. So you see, Kingdom Hearts was created with Disney with the ambition that Disney would make the series more-famous. As if Disney acknowledges our presence. So, forgive me if you disagree with my opinion (and if you do, PLEASE, do not make several posts opposing my statement with the same point), But Kingdom Hearts doesn't HAVE to have Disney worlds in it.And there's no way that Nomura could completely subtract Disney from Kingdom Hearts. At some point, they would have to consult Mickey, I have a theory that he's one of the seven lights. (I also have a theory that Donald is one of the 13 Darknesses, but that was more of a joke.) Characters like Yen Sid, Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Queen Minney, Daisy, maybe the entire world Disney Castle, definately Mysterious Tower and maybe even Merlin, would have to/have a strong chance to be in Kingdom Hearts III, Come to think of it, Space Paranoids could even make it in. If all the guy who started this is saying is that Kingdom Hearts III doesn't have to have worlds like Neverland or Atlantica in it, I support him 100%.
  14. Well, technically both hypotheses could be correct:Roxas has Sora's KeybladeXion has Ventus's KeybladeRoxas can weild Sora's and Ventus's Keyblade - or -Sora's Keyblade is Roxas's KeybladeVentus's Keyblade is Xion's KebladeThe first Keyblade is Roxas's, and the second is Xion'sI guess it's just how you word it.
  15. Not to crush you theory of Roxas and Ventus, but if you've played 358/2 Days, you will realize that Roxas doesn't weild two keyblades until Xion Dies. This implies that he weilds two keyblades because one is his, and since Xion is (or at least, was) a replica of Roxas in order to duplicate the Keyblade, the other belongs to Xion. Now, as for your theory on the color palette thing, I find it quite interesting. I've never thought of that before."Very good. You don't miss a thing." -Xemnas
