Being able to do certain boss fights from previous games as flashbacks but with the addition of Reaction Commands. Sora vs. Riku was pretty epic in Kingdom Hearts but just imagine how awesome it would have been if they did some crazy moves like the Sora vs. Roxas fight or Roxas vs. Axel.

Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix I only finished the main story though, those extra bosses are proving to be a pain without Second Chance and Once More. One day I will do it though.

Honestly, if I ever have to hear him voice younger Sora again, I'll go nuts because it sounds and looks really weird. His performance in the 1st game was great, it really made Sora look like a kid who has no experience but then in KH2, he sounds and looks more mature, which was great for character development but then he started doing voice acting for younger Sora and it was weird seeing that 14 year old kid with such a mature voice. Also, I hope they can actually progress from DDD and NOT make another game about younger Sora.

You do know that the keychain thing is mainly a gameplay mechanic and doesn't really affect the story, right? Plus, I don't recall any rules about the amount of Keyblades one can wield.
